A pleasant staycation experience. The bathtub was clean, the water was large, and the hot and cold water worked well. It's close to Plaza Atrium Mall, and in the evening, you can enjoy culinary delights at Sentra Kue Pasar Subuh Senen, where you'll find a wide variety of delicious snacks. The hotel's location is very strategic, just a short walk to fun places... I'd love to stay here again next time.

My very first hotel in Indonesia and I extended my stay. Nice boutique hotel with a well-decorated lobby and floors that I enjoyed the most, plus a free massage chair. The room was serviced every day and kept clean, although quite small, but I believe this is a standard in Jakarta. Even more expensive hotels have small rooms per my research. Personnel was very attentive.

There are two swimming pools, so kids can stay away from crowds. The food is delicious and there's plenty of choice. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Wherever I go, the first thing I look for is Holiday Inn. I've never been disappointed with the service. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and not cramped. When I enter the room, it's already cold!! This is a big plus for me hehe 😁 The breakfast is also really good. Especially here, it's a great choice if you're having a concert at Jiexpo because you have direct access, no need to go around. Plus, the exit gate for the concert is usually right in front of the entrance to the hotel. I'm really satisfied ❤️

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. Even though it was quite busy, the staff was very responsive, even though they were alone. This will probably be a good choice for future stays in Jakarta. Thank you.

The friendly and responsive hotel staff made us choose to stay for two nights for business in Jakarta. It's close to everything: the airport, train station, mosque, market, and several monumental buildings.
