2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. Even though it was quite busy, the staff was very responsive, even though they were alone. This will probably be a good choice for future stays in Jakarta. Thank you.

SGT is friendly and kind, service at the restaurant during breakfast is polite and friendly, especially the cleaning of the room, the staff are SGT polite and friendly and communicative, the security guard is also very polite and kind when I forgot to take my deposit, I was called and reminded. Facilities obtained far exceed the price paid. I am very satisfied and will stay back if I go to Jakarta. Because the location of the hotel is strategic in the center of the city, so going everywhere becomes easier, the rooms are also spacious, clean and the atmosphere is calm. The water heater also works well, the bathroom, bedroom, bed linen, pillows and towels are also clean. The point is the top markotop and recommended hotel. 👍
