Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan
The room is super cozy, nice, and calm. Each room has its own iron, even with the board. The restaurant is clean with a good layout and ambiance. The food is tasty with many variants. A snack bar with many choices of snacks is a plus point that I have never encountered before.
Overall, this is one of the good and satisfying hotels in Balikpapan.
