Precious moment to stay here for 2 days with family, the design, location, clean, friendly and fast respond of staffs, delicious foods also while i ordered for room dining. I would like to say compare to the price it was extremely affordable compare to the same kind of hotel. You have to try this hotel, the atmosphere and vibes so positive that affect to your energy while stay here🫰🏻

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. Daffa, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!

My recent stay at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta was truly delightful, offering a comfortable and satisfying experience. The room itself was excellent – spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambiance after a day out. So much so, that I decided to extend my stay for an additional night!
What truly stood out was the in-room dining service. I ordered the chicken fried rice, fried banana, and french fries, and I must say, every single dish was absolutely great! It's a testament to the quality of their culinary offerings, even when enjoyed in the comfort of my room.
The hospitality of the staff was also exceptional, with everyone doing a great job to ensure a pleasant stay.
Overall, The Jayakarta SP Jakarta provided a fantastic experience, from the comfortable accommodations to the superb in-room dining, which led me to happily extend my stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Jakarta.

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room?
