The hotel room was uninhabitable. 1. The ceiling had many leaks. 2. The bathroom was infested with mosquitoes. 3. The room was damp, the floor sticky (apparently from a flood from the AC). 4. The walls were stained with dirt. 5. The white sheets were yellowing. 6. THE ROOM FLOODED, with the AC leaking, water flowing from the AC swing like a faucet. We asked to be moved, claiming the room was full. They finally had it vacuumed, saying it was safe and acceptable. Half an hour later, it flooded again. We asked for a check-out and a refund, but they refused, saying we had to file a complaint with Traveloka. After complaining to Traveloka, the hotel refused (we checked in at 9 PM, the incident occurred at 11 PM). They then offered to move rooms, claiming they couldn't guarantee a flood again. We were angry. They initially said no rooms were full, but after the flooding happened again, they offered us a room, but they didn't guarantee a leak-free stay. After checking out at 11:30 PM, the lobby security was unfriendly, unlike other hotels. It seems to be common for guests to check in and then check out not long after.

It wasn't good from the start. I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and couldn't check in yet. The staff said the computer was being restarted and I had to wait for over half an hour. When I got to my room, I was again annoyed because there were no towels or mats. The last thing that really made me angry was when I was about to take a shower and someone came into my room. The access card that person had was able to open the door.

Overall, it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when I booked, I requested a king bed and a high floor, but upon check-in, they told me there were no requests. The toilet bidet didn't work properly. The AC only cooled down after 3 hours. In the middle of the night, there was a loud noise like they were renovating the room.

Strategic location close to the city center, station. The staff are friendly but unfortunately there is no mat in the room so when you go out of the bathroom the floor is wet, asked for a mat up to 3 times but it was not delivered, the food tastes good except the soto tastes bland and the spiced drink tastes strange

Overall, it's nice. The staff are quite nice and helpful, making your stay comfortable. However, there's only one elevator and it takes a while to get there. So, if there are a lot of guests, using the elevator can take a while.
