It would have been a perfect stay if the check-in process was more seamless. I arrived at 2:45 PM and was informed that my room was being confirmed and would take 15-20 minutes. I had a late lunch and assumed that by 4:00 PM, it should all be settled. Eventually, when I came back to the front desk, they still couldn't confirm it. I was finally able to check in at 4:30 PM, and despite the inconvenience, there was no particular apology/compensation offered. I believe there should be a more concrete solution to a crowded check-in, as it should be our right to check in on time. Room service food was good in taste, but an order I made (same chat) was not processed, and the process itself took about an hour. I understand that it might be crowded, and they need time to process the order, but they should have had the correct order.

Initially I was a bit hesitant because the hotel's exterior looked a bit dated, but it turns out the interior, from the lobby to the rooms, is up to date and clean. My first note: several employees at the front entrance were chatting non-stop and laughing quite loudly. There were also employees who seemed to have just arrived or were about to leave but passed through the front guest entrance. Cmn, isn't there a separate gate for staff? Second note: breakfast wasn't bad, but some staff or trainees didn't know what was on the menu when asked. We were told, "I don't know what's on the menu either." Another staff member said, "I'm new." As for the food, the klepon was cold and hard. The bread was dry and hard too. Maybe it could be improved. Overall 7/10.

The interior is a bit outdated, even after renovation. Check-in was requested for 14:00, but we only received the room key by 15:25. If it weren't for the Shisha cafe and BOCA, we would not have stayed here.

We got our requested non-smoking room, but on the day we were checking out, I saw a man smoking in his room.
