It's become a regular during school holidays. I always come here from July to December. I've been here three times because it's so comfortable. The bathroom lights are bright, so there's no drama that scares the kids. The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and varied. The downside is that upon check-in, I was given a room on the 5th floor. Even though the reservation had been written in the request: twin beds, 7th floor. But upon check-in, I was given the opposite, a double bed, 5th floor room. Hmmm, disappointed. Even though I got a pretty good price at the Deluxe Premier.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The service provided by all staff members was excellent, including the security personnel, reception staff, breakfast team, and everyone else I interacted with. Check-in was smooth, the information provided was clear, and all staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the housekeeping service. While I was having breakfast, housekeeping entered my room and started cleaning it. When I returned at around 9:00–9:30 AM, the room was already being serviced without any prior confirmation. This was quite intrusive, as my family and I had not yet organized our belongings and were not planning to leave the hotel yet. As a result, I had to wait outside my room for approximately 15–20 minutes until the cleaning was finished, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay. From my experience staying in hotels both domestically and internationally, housekeeping is usually scheduled closer to midday or only after guests have left the room or given permission for it to be cleaned. Before booking, I noticed that this hotel has consistently received excellent ratings and reviews across various platforms. Overall, I agree that the hotel provides outstanding service. I hope my experience with housekeeping was simply an isolated incident, as I believe this is probably not something most guests have experienced. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration so that future guests can enjoy an even better stay.

Sorry in advance... Just a small suggestion, since the entrance and exit of the hotel are on a downhill road, it would be nice to have a security guard to assist guests' vehicles leaving the hotel. Because in my experience, I found it difficult to get out. No vehicles wanted to stop to give way, especially when traffic was busy. Otherwise, everything is fine, thank you.. 🙏

Upon check-in, the receptionist asked us to wait because it wasn't check-in time yet. I arrived at 1:00 PM. However, when the room became available, we weren't called, even though I waited in the lobby. After other guests who checked in earlier were given room keys, I waited until 2:00 PM check-in time, but wasn't called and had to take the initiative to ask if our room was ready. I'd waited to be called. The food was delicious, but the attention wasn't there. I wanted to pick a melon, but a strand of hair came out... The room was nice, but the shower was very slow. It needed some extra cleaning and maintenance. The positive side was that it was very convenient, close to the city center, so it wasn't far from anywhere.

The hotel was beyond expectations, and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive, even helping with parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious, and the staff quickly replaced dirty dishes. The location is very close to tourist attractions. The road in front of the hotel is wide and not congested. Tip: The iron railings on the balconies in the rooms are too wide. For those staying with small children, it can be quite dangerous as they could fall.
