From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. As newlyweds, we were very touched by the special gestures from the hotel team. On our first morning at breakfast, we received a complimentary cake and a beautiful little live plant as a special gift. It was such a sweet surprise and made our honeymoon feel even more special. 🥹💐 We were also very impressed with the complimentary laundry benefit of 5 pieces per day. This was such a generous and unexpected touch, especially during a honeymoon stay. It made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff were wonderful, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Siti from the Seasonal Tastes team, as well as Jihan, Angel, Shiva, Fatia, Elprida, and the entire Westin Jakarta team for taking such great care of us. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was truly memorable. We really felt welcomed and appreciated as guests. I Choose the Westin to celebrate my 11th married anniversary. The cake... Ohhhhh that was the most delicious and wonderful taste of chocolate . Unfortunately, I Couldn't try visit Henshin but it's ok I Will come again and again.. The ambience of the hotel was incredible, the room is magnificold. The service and hospitality was insane. Finding parking, going to the concierge, going to the reception to check in, and getting to the room was quite a hassle. I had to change elevators, transit on the 52nd floor, before I could get to my room. The bed was very soft, with super soft pillows too. The room and bathroom were super clean :) The breakfast was delicious, with enough variety, but the restaurant's design made it quite dizzying to walk around. Not a deal breaker though! But the open kitchen with not too many partitions gave the illusion of being more open and spacious.

Just had the most refreshing long weekend at The Westin—the facilities were top-notch! Loved the exclusive club access, relaxing jacuzzi session, and honestly, the breakfast spread was next level. Exactly what I needed to recharge!
