The best hotel I've ever been privileged. Enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in the sky lobby. High quality rooms (there was a stunning bathub with the city view), and high quality service, and also the foods. Oh my God! Heavenly tasted 😍♥️

have a great staycation here.. the bed is so comfy, the room so cozy and clean, with a great view for sure. great service from the staff. we need to wait more than 30 minutes to check in, but then they came to my daughter and gave the cake as a commentary. will be back for sure ❤ thank you Westin for the experience

Amazing. no more words I can say. I booked 2 hotels with the best tub. Westin and kemp*nski. honestly after N amazing stay at Westin, the other one is fairly disappointing. Westin is amazing, nice bed, nice cleanliness, amazing protocol, amazing bathroom, amazing bathrobe, clean sheet, clean towel, a five star diamond

A five star hotel with a provincial 4-star feel. As you step out of the elevator, immediately you are welcomed by a whiff of dampness, as if the carpet is old. Thev view in the room wasn't great despite being on 60th floor because the layout followed a standard franchise template of a mid hotel. The bed was nice, though. I slept well. But overall, it was not money well spent. For a bit more, I could have stayed at Mandarin Business Suite with Bunderan HI view in a room that feels like home and an amazing bathtub.

I will give this rating a 10/10, it was an impressive staycation experience with my family. Quick check in/out. They gave us a free room upgrade to premium club. Spacious room with good ambience and bright lighting. Very clean, comfy bed and pillow (as standard Marriott hotel groups is the best). All the staffs were very helpful, friendly and prompt responses. They gave us a free breakfast as a compliment when we actually had to pay extra. Various menu with very good quality food. Extraordinary gym with various equipments and always has a guard ready to help. One thing perhaps try to improve the water cleanliness at the pool. We had the best staycation experience at Westin Jakarta. Thank you for the hospitality.

The worst hotel ever, they do not have a valet whatsoever, they still call it “pandemic” and they have to restrain some services, I can't even have a breakfast at 4:00 AM because I have flights at 5 AM, the lobby is confusing as much as your rules, the worst hotel ever, do not even try to stay here, the crews are not even friendly, at all, and they do not care about your “well-being” just like they promised on their advertisements.

The room is very good. One thing that I noticed more is how bright the room is. You can bring a hardcopy book and read it comfortably. The notion of heavenly bed is certainly true. I recommend this hotel for those who want to have a staycation.
