I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. When we checked in late at night, the staff arbitrarily assigned us a smoking room. We were short of breath upon entering the room, and that night we were moved to the Mulia Senayan Hotel because Veranda Hotel offered no solution, as all the non-smoking rooms were already occupied, even though we had booked well in advance. Furthermore, the check-in service from the Veranda Hotel check-in officer, Laras, was poor.

The hotel's location is very strategic and excellent. Unfortunately, the service is very strange. I always order food, but when I don't arrive in person and call from the room, my order can't be processed because only breakfast is available. There's a free shuttle to Senayan. The food is varied and delicious, with a whole cake for dessert at breakfast. The rooms are quite comfortable.
