I've actually written my honest review of this hotel many times. Every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay at this hotel. Besides the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and complete amenities, the homey atmosphere is what makes me miss it. For a business traveler like me, a hotel needs a homey feel. So when I'm in my room, I don't feel like I'm working far from home; I feel like I'm still at home. Overall, it was okay, although there was an uncomfortable incident at the beginning. I called service, but the response was slow, so I had to go down to the lobby. Fortunately, the lobby staff was helpful and the issue was resolved quickly. The room was comfortable, and the ambiance was great! The food was also delicious, and the facilities were good.

Overall stay is good but please improve the bathroom there is a strong pungent smell coming off the bathroom.

Strategic location, very friendly staff, delicious food, quite complete gym facilities, but unfortunately the swimming pool is less friendly, there are no facilities for changing clothes, only for rinsing, and even then it is mixed with seating. Perhaps the hotel is designed only for business hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for the in-room camping experience for our kids, and they absolutely loved it. They enjoyed playing in the tent and with the provided toys. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The food selection was generally good; however, since there were many families with children (we stayed during the holiday period), it would be better if the food options were more adjusted for kids. For example, the noodles: on the first day they were not spicy, but on the second day they were quite spicy. Having a mild flavors would really help. Overall, we were happy with our stay. One suggestion for improvement is the kids’ club—it could be bigger. When we visited, it was very crowded, so we decided not to use it.
