I've actually written my honest review of this hotel many times. Every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay at this hotel. Besides the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and complete amenities, the homey atmosphere is what makes me miss it. For a business traveler like me, a hotel needs a homey feel. So when I'm in my room, I don't feel like I'm working far from home; I feel like I'm still at home. Strategic location, very friendly staff, delicious food, quite complete gym facilities, but unfortunately the swimming pool is less friendly, there are no facilities for changing clothes, only for rinsing, and even then it is mixed with seating. Perhaps the hotel is designed only for business hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for the in-room camping experience for our kids, and they absolutely loved it. They enjoyed playing in the tent and with the provided toys. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The food selection was generally good; however, since there were many families with children (we stayed during the holiday period), it would be better if the food options were more adjusted for kids. For example, the noodles: on the first day they were not spicy, but on the second day they were quite spicy. Having a mild flavors would really help. Overall, we were happy with our stay. One suggestion for improvement is the kids’ club—it could be bigger. When we visited, it was very crowded, so we decided not to use it.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very lovely. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was too. Amenities were plenty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central. The breakfast menu was good too. A couple of things to note during our stay here were that only 1 elevator was functional during weekdays, and both elevators were functional during Saturday and Sunday only. So during the crowded hourson weekdays, there was a bit of a wait for the elevator. We also called to order Room Service and the operator said that a staff would call us back to take our order but the call never came. We ended up going out to purchase food. It was not a big issue but it would be great if we could order Room Service when we wanted to. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
