Strategic location near from mall Gancit only 12minutes by walking (to buy some meals), Delicious menu they have croffle for breakfast so yummy. Clean & comfort feels like in bandung.

The room is quite spacious compare to budget hotel near by menteng. The ambience is warm and well working for any tools (heater, television, wifi). However, the cleaning needs to be deeper. Especially, for wiping floor as we can find dusty at behind of the room door. I don't know the criteria of using ripped bed sheet and pillow sheet, but the first impression is not clean for sure. I need to believe its new and use the disinfectant spray to double make sure. The food is delicious, we chose to have breakfast box to be delivered to our room. I've tried to order nasi goreng iga, and the portion is very big (good for two).

If you are about to find a quiet place to stay around Gandaria, Pondok Indah, but didn't want to miss some attractions around Senayan and Blok M, choose this place. A cozy hotel with a good ambiance and a fair cleanliness. The check in process was less than 5 mins. No deposit money needed. They are able to give you up to 3 access key card to your room. The lift was the touchless one and for going up, you'll need to tap the room key card that automatically brings you to your room. The room is spacious with 2 wooden chair, safety box, large TV, an internet connection, a panoramic window, and queen bed with 5 pillows. The amenities was OK, nothing to complain. Go down to the lobby you'll find wylz kitchen for breakfast and all day dining place, a 1.2m deep swimming pool (til 8 pm using), and fitness center. Every morning the housekeeper will come and ask if you got any laundry to do. The only thing that comes to my concern was the pest control, found some ants around my sink and the use of mask for the housekeeper, they need to see it as a health protocol and hygiene. A pleasant stay anyway.

Overall experience is good. However, the receptionist didn't allow us to have 2 keys to our room which is very inconvenient since we're staying there for our friend's wedding and we're the groom team. So it's a hassle for us to go back and forth without 2 keys on hand. We need to continuosly asked for lift access to the receptionist when one of us doesn't have the room key. And throughout my hotel experience during pandemic, this is the only hotel that doesn't allow us to have 2 keys. Really don't understand what was their intention to do that….

The only reason we stayed in this hotel is that we like the pool đŸ˜†. But turned out the room, the staff, the ambience, and the service were excellent too! Definitely will come back!
