I've actually written my honest review of this hotel many times. Every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay at this hotel. Besides the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and complete amenities, the homey atmosphere is what makes me miss it. For a business traveler like me, a hotel needs a homey feel. So when I'm in my room, I don't feel like I'm working far from home; I feel like I'm still at home. First time staying at Veranda hotel, the hotel is nice, clean, the room is clean and quite spacious. For food, the breakfast has interesting variations and all taste good, the dining room in the restaurant is also quite spacious, there is also an outdoor dining area.

Overall, it was okay, although there was an uncomfortable incident at the beginning. I called service, but the response was slow, so I had to go down to the lobby. Fortunately, the lobby staff was helpful and the issue was resolved quickly. The room was comfortable, and the ambiance was great! The food was also delicious, and the facilities were good.
