This hotel is a great place to drive to after landing at the airport. The onsen and pool are the best we’ve found in Hokkaido. This is our second visit and we had breakfast this time. It had lots of choices, it was fresh and plentiful.

It's amazing as expected. The hotel staff is attentive, everything is clean and maintained well. It's our 2nd time coming to the onsen, the amenities are very complete. I can't say enough good things, get the breakfast!! Trust me. I came to Hokkaido just to stay here, absolutely worth it!

Excellent place to stay! Experiencing both in room & buffet dining is awesome. The onsen is one of the best onsen in hokkaido.

Room: large and cleanliness is top notch. With a fairly large wardrobe containing a safe (password lock), different sizes of yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers (learner - for hotel indoor use; plastic flip-flops - for both indoor and outdoor use). Centralised air conditioning sometimes can be too hot, so you can ask for a circulator fan at the front desk. Staff: same as other places - sometimes can be more friendly when you speak Japanese; nothing more to ask for, really. Parking: despite the hotel owning a lot of parking spaces, during peak seasons it still can be very crowded but no worries, staff will guide you to the nearest public parking space which then can be used for free when presenting the parking coupon the staff gave you during check in.

This hotel truly felt like a five-star home. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Although the parking entrance is a bit tricky to find, the staff at the main entrance were incredibly helpful, guiding me to the designated lot and immediately assisting with my luggage. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The Onsen Experience: Located in a renowned hot spring area, this hotel’s onsen facilities are second to none. They cater to everyone’s needs, including lower-temperature baths for those with high blood pressure, and both indoor and outdoor options. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness—I didn’t see a single stray hair on the floor as staff were constantly cleaning. They also provide high-quality, complimentary toiletries and skincare products that were so good I ended up buying some at the hotel shop. Room & Comfort: I stayed in a Western-style room which was spotless and well-organized. The view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was breathtaking. It was a very restful stay, and I loved the convenience of being able to walk around the hotel comfortably in the provided yukata. Dining & Location: The breakfast buffet was incredible, with an extensive variety of exquisite dishes—there were so many options I couldn't even try them all! The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the famous Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and the local shopping street.

Great onsen and buffet dinner provided. However, that the window blind shade is unable to black off the morning sunlight into the room. Hence, wake up very earlier in the morning around 5am. Thanks.

We like the swimming pool that we can attend. We enjoy swimming pool and slide while that was snowing outside. We lived in the new part of the hotel, which is a bit far away from most of the facility. But we prefer new part, so that is good for us. The reception staff are very nice to us. Especially while we compare to the man who lead us in when we drive in. He was impatient and he was a bit rude to my partner. I felt like is because I am a lady driver who did not speak in their language. The breakfast is a bit lower than our expectation. We hope that at least the food is warm enough to eat.

I had really enjoyed the Grand Baths. Although at first, I was very self conscious about being naked, as the time passed, I was more into the different baths itself. My favourite was the outdoor bath with the hot water and cold breeze. It was very refreshing.

Highlight was definitely the onsen. This is the best onsen I have ever used in any area of Japan. It's huge, there are so many different options for baths, and the women's open air bath was so beautiful and picturesque in the middle of winter, right next to a snow covered mountain. It was spotless clean and they provide so many amenities. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was lovely. The different wings weren't actually as spread out as it seemed so nothing was too far away. Buffet dinner and breakfast were great, lots of variety and lots of vegetarian options which I was worried about! Hands down the best spot for Jigokudani and the boardwalk and park trails (most of the trails were closed for winter though). An easy short stroll to the valley and in the other direction cute souvenir shops. Definitely recommend :)

Big onsen hot spring with 35 pools and tubs, underground indoor swimming pool; succulent buffet with anything you possibly can imagine are available. During my stay, hotel hosted an annual devil festival with traditional dances, rice cake bitting, and onsen water fight competitions between two almost naked young athlete groups - so much fun in Noboribetsu.

The room was very nice, and it was fun that they provided a yukata in the room and made it easy to obtain more in the lobby. The grand bath was enormous, and I had an excellent time soaking in the different kinds of onsen water. The outdoors section of the bath was absolutely wonderful in the winter. It was also great to have the area behind the lobby before the grand bath with the restaurant, shopping center, capsule toy machines, and arcade; I really appreciated having those inside the hotel, especially during the frigid winter when I would have had to get out of the yukata and into winter clothes to go into town.

Clean room, massive onsen, but the buffet breakfast or dinner could be better.

A very good experience and service. The room was new, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was also very fresh and authentic.

We forgot our passports and cash in the safe after checking out. The hotel kindly sent them to our next destination. We had an excellent experience at the onsen and with the dining.
