The hotel is perfect! It's near the center of Dotonbori. The staff is super nice and helpful. The hotel is superb cozy.

Hotel, good location, polite staff, very good service, speak good English Easy to get to from Kansai Airport. It's recommended that take a bus to get off at OCAT, not far away. Drag the luggage to the hotel. It's more convenient than coming to the train to get down to Namba because it is out at the 25th gate. Will definitely sleep in this hotel. There are beverages, coffee, soft drinks, soups throughout, along with massage chairs. The bedroom is spacious, clean, new, has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the back notice, a car is delivered. In addition, the staff brought the luggage to the car again. Very impressed. Suggest to sleep, this hotel is not disappointed.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel went the extra miles to cater my family's needs. It was our first time in japan and they replied each emails with extra care. While it is only a 3-star hotel, we really felt like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. I really love minibar at the lobby. Room was very spacious. It had different room for shower, wastafel, and toilet. Location was nearby dotombori, it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby train station. I booked in a room for 4 people & would love to come back here again.

We stayed here for 6 nights after a short trip to Osaka. Hotel is a short walk from the metro, Dotonbori district and Shinsaibashi shopping area. It is in a quiet location but with lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby. All front & back of hotel staff have been amazing - credit to Travis who has been extremely helpful especially when transferring to the Nankai Namba Rapit station. Room is also a decent size. Laundry facilities and drink station are a bonus within the hotel too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! :)

Everything about this property was well thought of. From the lobby lounge area with free drinks and the relaxing massage chairs to the amazing room we stayed in with 2 king sized beds, a massage chair and complete amenities (including a dyson supersonic hair dryer). I especially liked the numerous wall hangers for jackets, pants, towels, etc. I highly recommend this property if you plan to go to Dotonbori for the ultimate street food trip!

We liked everything, the location, the staff, the room, the dinning/ meeting area (the lobby) with the self service drinks provided. The size of the room was more than I expected, the bathroom was fantastic, big bath tub separate from the shower. Plenty of space for luggage and storage was more than adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for directions, the young lady walked us straight to the station. We were transferred to Osaka station on the day of check out also. We loved the stay and will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our stay at 88 Hotel was a last minute gem we found when we needed it most. The booking we had did not work out and I found myself searching for a new place to stay for the remainder of our Osaka leg. I cannot tell how much we loved this hotel. massage chairs everywhere, in your room, in the lobby, outside the laundry facilities. If I could vgo back in time I would have booked our entire stay in Osaka at 88 Hotel. Great central location. Nice beverage bar. All the staff was incredible but especially Travis. I 100% recommend staying here. You will be happy you did!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel 88. Staff are excellent - very helpful and accommodating. Facilities are great - loved the massage chairs and lounge area to enjoy a delicious coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

First time in Osaka and found this vibrant hotel with exceptional staff. From the moment we checked in it was phenomenal. Nice drink bar and community space where guests gathered. Free massage chairs were a game changer after a long day of walking. I will definitely be back!

Had a good experience at the hotel. Location is right near Dotonbori yet far enough away that it was quiet and pleasant. The hotel’s offering of drinks was a great addition and we definitely took advantage of them and the seating area to have dinners. The hotel even took us to the bus terminal and assisted in getting tickets to Kansai. Next time we are in Osaka, staying at Hotel 88 again.

Could not have picked a better hotel. 2 adults and 2 children (12 & 15 yrs old). The room was spacious with 2 king beds, separate sitting area with couch and table. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. They had umbrellas available for use if needed (which we did), they called taxis for us when needed, provided written directions to get to our next city while forwarding our luggage. The lobby has plenty of tables and chairs with complimentary drinks as well as a pool table for fun! Location was great, easy walk from bus station and walkable to many things. Would definitely stay here again.
