Hotel, lokasi yang baik, kakitangan yang sopan, perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, berbahasa Inggeris yang baik Mudah untuk mendapatkan dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai.Saya sarankan untuk mengambil bas untuk turun di OCAT, tidak jauh, tarik bagasi ke sekolah, lebih mudah untuk datang ke kereta api, turun Namba kerana keluar 25 adalah yang paling dekat, tetapi perlu membawa beg naik tangga. Akan pasti tidur di hotel ini. Ada minuman, kopi, minuman ringan, sup sepanjang, bersama dengan kerusi urut. Bilik tidur yang luas, bersih, baru, mempunyai mesin basuh dan mesin pengering. Di belakang notis, sebuah kereta dihantar. Selain itu, kakitangan membawa beg ke kereta lagi. Sangat terkejut Saya cadangkan tidur di sekolah ini. Tidak kecewa.
Saya mempunyai penginapan yang paling menyenangkan di sini. Hotel ini menambah batu untuk memenuhi keperluan keluarga saya. Ia adalah kali pertama kami di Jepun dan mereka menjawab setiap e-mel dengan penjagaan yang lebih baik. Walaupun ia hanya sebuah hotel bertaraf 3 bintang, kami benar-benar merasa seperti kami menginap di sebuah hotel bertaraf 5 bintang. Saya sangat suka bar mini di lobi. Bilik adalah sangat luas. Ia mempunyai ruang yang berbeza untuk mandi, sinki dan tandas. Lokasi berhampiran dotombori, ia adalah 10-15 minit berjalan kaki ke stesen keretapi berdekatan. Saya menempah di dalam bilik untuk 4 orang & akan kembali ke sini lagi.

We travel often so I don’t say this lightly: this was the best service we’ve ever received at a hotel. All staff were warm and attentive, especially Travis, who helped us immensely from beginning to end. His kindness and care truly stood out.
By the time we arrived, we were exhausted from weeks of travel. Our suitcase had broken, and my mom had lost her medication, which was stressful. Without being asked, the staff replaced our broken suitcase, helped us find a clinic with English & Chinese-speaking doctors, and even drove us there (we later learned the driver was the hotel owner)! What could have been overwhelming became seamless and reassuring.
Their care continued at check-out, when they asked about our next destination, helped us find the best train, and drove us to the correct station. We felt genuinely cared for every step of the way, and it left a lasting impression—especially since it was my first time in Japan.
The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the lobby is thoughtfully designed for travelers. The location is excellent, close to trains, major sights, and great food.
Hotel 88 offers incredible value, a fantastic location, and truly incredible staff. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when visiting Osaka.
Location is great, walking distance to most tourist spots in Osaka. Very clean and our room is so spacious. And the staff, are the best, second to none, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Travis, he did above and beyond just to help make our week stay at the hotel very special👍👍👍. Im already spreading good recommedations to my family and friends.
