Laundry unit was convenient. Station close by. I'm not bothered by street sounds, but my travel mates said it was a little loud. I've stayed at both Randor Residence in Arakawa, and both are very wonderful to stay!

Very good hotel! Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's really easy to take the metro and get there. The rooms are amazing! The beds are really soft

The pictures on expedia didn't match the property I rented. The walls are stained, one room without doors, out dated furniture & stained, not enough dishes for 9 people. It was very central area, safe but is near a hospital so expect to hear ambulances. I’m sure with some paint and new furniture they can get 10 out 10. And they should post the proper pictures, so people don’t feel decieved.

Dont let the pictures deceive you. The actual room we stayed at was dirty. The couch was nasty. It had stains all over. The towels and linens had stains too, even the walls had stains all over. The room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed

The room had mold and when we asked to give a compensation they refused because of the no cancellations but that cancellation did not mention mold! All they offered was a two hour extra stay and cleaned the shower. There was fired blood on the mat. Mold in the ac and shower. We were also locked out by the time we got back for the extra two hour stay. There was also other stuff smeared on the walls that I did not try to even take a hard look at. There’s cracks bulges in the walls. Broken furniture

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

Great location. Great customer service. Wish the room would be more updated (furniture, beddings, floors, etc). Towels were a bit dingy and could use an update too. Our windows faced the main road and it was loud. Tried to seal the windows shut but seemed like some were not working properly. Because of this, there wasn’t a tight seal and the condensation from outside made the windows wet with water. Other than that it’s such a great place for families and convenient to have 7-11 right across the street!

The room had numerous holes on the walls, stains on the couch, dirt, and significant amounts of mold on the curtains. The hotel refused to change me rooms. I was unable to stay at the hotel. Do not book.

The property is not well maintained. I had a room with stained walls and a sunken couch. The pillows also had stains on them. The pro to the property, is that it's in a quiet location with the bus stop just outside and the subway a few minutes walk away. It also has a convenience store right across.

While apartment is spacious and comfortable there were down sides: Property outdated. Train noise 24/7. Towels smell unpleasant. Sofa dirty with numerous stains. Cleaning not thorough, dust found almost everywhere. Draining liner was not replaced or cleaned therefore shower wasn’t draining. No glasses, very limited kitchenware: only one small pan and one huge pot. Staff not looking up from phones/computers when you come in.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are good size with large eating area. Our first room had a defective air conditioner but they quickly changed us to another room which is ok. The front desk was helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much b
