Très grande chambre. Salle de bain spatieuse.
Check in un peu étrange (sans personnel et long) mais on n'y pense plus une fois dans la chambre.
Le bain sur le toit était exceptionnel.

Laundry unit was convenient. Station close by. I'm not bothered by street sounds, but my travel mates said it was a little loud.
I've stayed at both Randor Residence in Arakawa, and both are very wonderful to stay!

The pictures on expedia didn't match the property I rented. The walls are stained, one room without doors, out dated furniture & stained, not enough dishes for 9 people. It was very central area, safe but is near a hospital so expect to hear ambulances. I’m sure with some paint and new furniture they can get 10 out 10. And they should post the proper pictures, so people don’t feel decieved.

廊下の天井がなくて部屋の前にバケツが何個もおいてあり水漏れがあった、その説明は何もなかった
部屋に備えられているって言われてた物が揃ってなかった。
キーの暗証番号が違くて部屋が空かなかった
お風呂の設備が壊れていて使用できなかった
それもホテルを選んだ１つなので残念でした

Dont let the pictures deceive you. The actual room we stayed at was dirty. The couch was nasty. It had stains all over. The towels and linens had stains too, even the walls had stains all over. The room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed

最寄り駅から近く、目の前にコンビニがあったりと環境はいいと思います。
部屋も広く使いやすかったですが、椅子の溝の汚れや家電製品のホコリ、ゴミ箱の蓋が壊れていて閉まらないなど細かいところが目につきました。
あとはお風呂の栓が閉まらず湯船に浸かれなかったのが残念でした。
洗濯機もあり、浴室乾燥も使えたのでとても助かりましたがハンガーをかけられる所があると更に良いなと思います。

The room had mold and when we asked to give a compensation they refused because of the no cancellations but that cancellation did not mention mold! All they offered was a two hour extra stay and cleaned the shower. There was fired blood on the mat. Mold in the ac and shower. We were also locked out by the time we got back for the extra two hour stay. There was also other stuff smeared on the walls that I did not try to even take a hard look at. とても汚くて埃だらけ最悪のホテルです。
至る所に埃、カーペットにも多数のシミや汚れがたくさんあります。
コロコロを持参していたのですがカーペットには髪の毛が大量にありすぐに清掃も入ってもらえなかったので自分で掃除しました。
受付フロントの接客も最悪、音楽を聴きアニメを見ながら勤務で挨拶も無し。絶対に泊まらない方が良いです。親会社のSatisfillという会社も全く対応してくれません。問い合わせても返答なし。全てがいい加減なホテルです。
他の方も口コミにあげている通りです。

La limpieza fue muy mala, los.pisos pegajosos, micho polvo, los.futones, sofa, almohadas todas manchadas. Miy amplio el depa pero mucha falta de mantenimiento. El.boiler para el.agua caliente estaba super ruidoso, la.calle.tmb pasaron ambulancias cada media hora y aunque esta super que la.estacipn de tren este cerca, pasa.super cerca del.depa y tmb es muy ruidoso. No lo recomendaria a nadie la verdad.

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

Great location. Great customer service. Wish the room would be more updated (furniture, beddings, floors, etc). Towels were a bit dingy and could use an update too. Our windows faced the main road and it was loud. Tried to seal the windows shut but seemed like some were not working properly. Because of this, there wasn’t a tight seal and the condensation from outside made the windows wet with water. Other than that it’s such a great place for families and convenient to have 7-11 right across the street!

連泊したのですが、タオルを朝ドアの前に出すと書いていたので出しました。
出先から夜に帰るとタオルがなく、フロントには人がいない。
連絡先書いていたので連絡すると15分くらいでお待ちします。と言ったが1時間以上待った。
時間も時間でだいぶ困りました。
もっと工夫したほうがいいと思います
