非常適合家庭出遊，房間內的燈光影視設備先進，缺點只有一套衛浴，人多時後容易有上廁所問題。

房間不太大，沒有枱。 暖氣夠，有微波爐。

町屋地鐵站步行約5分鐘，對面有7-11。當晚9點才check in, 可能夜，reception 已下班，但自助check in 很方便，5分鐘便完成手續，可以上房冷氣很夠涼。房間夠大，9人入住也不覺得迫，但美中不足是只有一個沖涼房，9個人排隊沖涼等很久。

地點方便， 離地下鐵不太遠，酒店整潔乾淨，設施齊全，唯一美中不足是客廳沒有擺放任何枱子，吃東西需要坐在榻榻米上，略為不便，希望可作改善！ 但整體還是非常滿意，推薦!

Feeling is comfortable and area is quite big. Front desk staffs are helpful. If provide daily bottle water to guest will be perfect. Near Machiya MTR station exit 3.

很適合家庭旅遊，有三個房間，有客廳和廚房，又可以洗衣服非常方便。可以再改進的部分有兩點：第一：由於他們並沒有提供全天候的櫃台服務，下午四點之後可能必須用密碼才能入房，所以我在出發前一周在 Hotels.com的網頁上向他們詢問相關的問題，結果一直到回台灣才收到他們的回覆。當然，他們在我們出發的前兩天下午有把密碼寄給我，但是讓我緊張了好幾天是真的。第二：如果客房有問題，可能會遇到無法反應的狀況。我們在入住第四天遇到浴室阻塞，雖然他們在櫃檯有提供留言板讓住客反映問題，我在隔天早上也留了留言。那一天晚上回來卻發現櫃檯人員根本沒有看我的留言，所以一直到我們離開那天浴室還是阻塞的。

三房的設計很適合家庭旅遊，所需物品一應俱全，但在客廳旁邊的和室沒有門，且只有一間廁所，人多稍微比較不方便。 地點距離車站及鐵路不遠，但晚上很安靜。周遭生活機能便利，用餐時還可以看到窗外的晴空塔。

乾淨整潔交通方便，適合一家出遊，附近多家超市可以滿足所有日常需要，離上野與北千住很近，逛街採購不是問題

The location in itself was well placed and close to a subway line. However, the biggest issue with the apartment was hygiene. The mats, pillows, and blankets that were provided for the tatami room were soiled with various body fluids that were most likely urine and blood. No pillowcases or sheets were provided to be able to avoid direct contact. In the room that I personally stayed in, the only available power outlet that was appropriate for my needs at bedtime (CPAP machine) was recessed into the wall, making it extremely difficult to be able to plug in my machine. The glass around the patio door and window from the tatami room had large cracks in them and given that we had small children with us, this poses additional inherent danger as accidentally running into the glass may fully shatter the glass.

Washer was nice

There are definitely some things that are clearly signs of wear and tear but I attribute that mostly to the guests more than the host themselves. Besides that, the staff was curtious and polite to my family which is the most important thing to me. The property has plenty of walk ability to food and access to 7 eleven right across the street. I would like to see them upgrade to a washer/dryer single unit but the washer was handy for our long stay. I would definitely stay here again. My rating is based on what I paid in contrast to what was received.

Very spacious room you can hardly find in tokyo

The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed
