An absolute 10/10 experience! The B Ginza is just amazing. The room is quite spacious, and the shower is one of a kind, seriously advanced and refreshing! Service here is extraordinary; the staff is super friendly, quick, and efficient. They also give out great perks like free coffee and drink vouchers that were incredibly useful. And last but not least, the location? SUPER INCREDIBLE! Highly recommended!

I had to stay a bit longer, and I’m so glad I picked this hotel! It’s super easy to get to Ginza, and it’s connected to all the train lines, bus stops, and even the airport shuttle. The food and shopping around here were fantastic. There are all the convenient stores right next to each other. The rooms are clean, functional, and have everything you need. I especially loved the accessories bar, which was stocked with pajamas and all the daily essentials. The coffee bar is also a lifesaver, especially when you’re on the go.

Breakfast menu was reasonable, but the space in the dining area could not cope with all the tourists coming in at one time. The foreign staff were not that friendly and seemed bored with their job. Need to have staff that actually want to be there. No smiles, just business as usual. The location is good and there are plenty of things to do around the area. Wouldn’t go back again because of the staff. I didn’t see any Japanese working at the hotel and that made the difference.

I had a great stay at the b ginza. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Ginza, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, especially considering typical Tokyo sizing. Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and the overall experience smooth. About the only good thing about this hotel is its location in the heart of Ginza. Everything else is lacking. The room: Too small and is missing the basic necessities; if you need anything even such as a glass of water you have to go down to the lobby to get it .. a major hassle. The staff: mostly friendly and surprisingly speak English well. The lobby: is supposed to be a quite place for you to relax but at this property is is filled with people ALL the time; bags are everywhere in the lobby. Services: breakfast is very basic and the restaurant is too small. If you really need and want to be in Ginza this is an okay option; there are better alternatives in the Ginza area or if you slightly go to other parts of the city your options increase dramatically.
