An absolute 10/10 experience! The B Ginza is just amazing. The room is quite spacious, and the shower is one of a kind, seriously advanced and refreshing! Service here is extraordinary; the staff is super friendly, quick, and efficient. They also give out great perks like free coffee and drink vouchers that were incredibly useful. And last but not least, the location? SUPER INCREDIBLE! Highly recommended!

Nearby Ginza area, close to limousine bus, location was strategic. Room was comfortable and clean. Great experience staying there. Amenities were complete.

This is my second trip back to this hotel. Loved the location & amenities provided. Stayed for a total of 9 days , however the first 3 days I was left without internet. The whole hotel had no WiFi. Not happy that the guests were not informed. But given that situation, I will still return to stay in this hotel. Thanks for giving us a pleasant stay B Ginza.

Very convenient location with family mart downstairs and big Donki next door. The hotel has great room size for Tokyo. I loved the free coffee and afternoon snack. The hotel manger was very kind and let us store our suitcase for a few days before our stay, very accommodating. However it was let down when I asked to extend the check out by only 30mins- 1hour and was asked to pay an extra charge. But overall a very good hotel with good amenities.
