Location : Near Shimbashi JR Station. Donki, familymart, Matsukiyo and a 24 supermarket nearby. Walking distance to Ginza. Best option if you arrive/ depart from Haneda.
Staff : Fluent in English. Super attentive. No matter who i met from lobby, staff share the same lift or hskp, I felt welcome from each of them.
Service : Welcome drink. Free pancake and coffee.
Room : the first time i could enjoy a REAL double bed instead of semi-double (which normally provided by japanese hotels). Excellent showering facilities. Room size, you can open your suitcase.

Nearby Ginza area, close to limousine bus, location was strategic. Room was comfortable and clean. Great experience staying there. Amenities were complete.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my friend. The interior design is great! The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room and shower area is also fantastic! The welcome drink and free pack during breakfast time are super impressive! Its location is convenient to shopping and dining area. Highly recommended for everyone!

No closet was the worst experience. I come to Tokyo all the time and cannot imagine if I came in winter time with thick winter coats and jacket. If came with family, would have so much problem for storage. Mostly self service and offer not much help or recommendations
