Location is very convenient, shopping and dining in Ginza or taking trains to get around Tokyo is very easy. I booked a slightly bigger room with washer/dryer which is very helpful. The staff don’t speak much of English but they really tried to help.

Room was very spacious for Tokyo. Super quiet. Loved having a washer/dryer in our room and the option to have our trash taken out every day (we were there for 9 nights). Loved the location most of all. Short train rides to all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Ginza is an ideal central location if you don't want to be in a party area but want to be close-in. We would stay again!

My stay at this hotel was overall okay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant. However, the biggest issue for me was the room cleanliness. While the space itself was comfortable, it didn’t feel as clean as it should be upon arrival. With a bit more attention to detail from housekeeping, the experience could have been much better. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price especially in Ginza but improving room cleanliness would make a noticeable difference and elevate the quality of the stay. I might consider returning if these issues are addressed.

The room was fine, although not fully clean. Layout was nice. Like most Japanese hotels, the expectation is that you have a bag that can open from the front so you don't need a lot of space to look through luggage, so it's not the best regarding that, nor did it have a place to store clothes even though there was unused room under the bed. Seems meant mainly for business purposes, considering there's room taken for a pants press and other accommodations for that. Amenities like coffee are a bunch of packets and stuff on the first floor, which was annoying.
