Professional In-Room Amenities Marred by Unprofessional Service and Poor Layout** I stayed here from March 5th to March 9th. While the hotel offers some unique conveniences, several service and design issues made for a frustrating experience. **The Service Issue:** The staff's handling of my visa certificate request was unprofessional. At check-in, the staff was unfamiliar with the document but eventually agreed to have it ready for my departure. At check-out, a different staff member was very impatient and tried to dismiss me by incorrectly claiming I had to get the certificate from my booking site. I had to be extremely persistent and demand to speak with a manager; only then did she find my document, which had already been prepared and was sitting in a pile of envelopes. This misinformation could have jeopardized my visa process. **The Room & Facilities:** * **Pros:** Having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a huge plus for longer stays. * **Cons (Layout):** The room design is flawed—**the fridge was posit

Clean room. Carpet needs cleaning. Air conditioning was good. Nicole of front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small if you have a lot of luggage. However, very convenient place to subway lines and proximity of walking to Ginza and even Tsukiji Outer market. Doesn’t offer good rates for late checkout and no lounge to wait in.

Property is moderate for a city hotel. The fact that you have to go to reception and buy a ticket, only with cash, for breakfast seems antiquated and not at all customer friendly. Only have your room made up once a week isnt helpful either.

銀座エリアでの滞在先として、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。三越まで約150mと近く、買い物や食事にも徒歩で行けて便利です。東銀座駅からもアクセスが良く、羽田・成田どちらの空港にも行きやすい立地で助かりました。近くにコンビニが2軒あるのも地味にありがたいポイントです。 そして何より、ホテルそのものの快適さが素晴らしかったです。お部屋はゆったり過ごせるサイズ感で、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジが部屋に備わっています。室内も清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。東急ステイには他の施設も利用したことがありますが、東急ステイ銀座は特に印象が良かったです。 なによりReFaのシャンプー・トリートメント、シャワー、ドライヤーが備え付けられていたのが本当に本当に嬉しい！！滞在中も髪のツヤを保てました。普段はホテルだと髪がパサつきがちなのですが、明らかに違いました。 防音面でも安心感があります。ドアがしっかりしていて、廊下の清掃の音で起こされることもなく快適でした。枕も硬さの違うものが用意されていて、部屋で選べるのも細やかな配慮だと感じました。1階に用意されているコーヒーやTEARTHという紅茶も美味しく、新聞のサービスもありがたかったです。 一点だけ希望を挙げると、テレビの国際ニュースチャンネルがCNNのみだったので、もし可能ならBBCなど他のチャンネルも選べるようになるとさらに嬉しいです。 予約の急な変更にも迅速に対応してくださり、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。ぜひ今後もこのクオリティを継続していただけたら嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。

We loved that everything we needed was close by. The room even had a washing machine ! The breakfast at the hotel was an added bonus.

Staff good . Room well equipped including microwave and washing machine. Superior room quite small and as the window was in effect frosted and let in little light it felt like the inside cabin of a ship - tolerable for a night or two.

Stayed here multiple times now. Always a good choice if you’re staying for an extended time as there’s a washer/dryer combo in the room. Single units can get a little tight in space when you’re staying for longer and have more stuff (bigger luggage, more clothes to hang, etc), but you make due. Nicole at the front desk was there often over my 10 day stay and she was always friendly and nice.

Room was clean and organized. Staff was very friendly at the front and allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby hours before our check in time.

Location is central and easily accessible by the subway. Appreciated the amenities available in the hotel lobby such as body sponges, combs, tea and coffee. Room was accessible by elevator which was usually quick to arrive. Size of the room was generous for a city. Room amenities were good including robe, slippers, kettle, fridge and microwave. The staff were helpful when some questions about the room were raised.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The location was close to restaurants, shops, malls and train stations. Washer and dryer inside the room was so convwnient to use.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The service staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. They all spoke English, which made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that you will need (eg shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer). Additionally, each room has a Washing Machine & Microwave. Special mention to Takeda-san for assisting us in our check-in.

Clean, nice hotel but it’s quite loud at night and the pillows are terrible.
