Hotel is hard to find, not signed very well and lobby is on the 2nd floor of the building. Staff at check in did not tell us everything, we had to figure it out. Pool is on the 3rd floor (which is designated for Muslims) which made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Check in staff was okay but not helpful and hard to understand, but other staff were friendly. Beds in the rooms are rock hard and uncomfortable.

My room had a view of the Twin Towers as they was just 150 metres away. The room was ideal. Traffic noise should be considered as this could be a problem for some. Check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

The facility is run down with damage to walls and floors and furniture. Bathroom facets and tile leak. For a high star facility this should not have been the case. When I arrived the shower water was luke warm. Once I mentioned the issue they were great and fixed it. The walls and room decor were broken cracked or poorly repaired. Room 1509 was not good for the rating of the hotel.

Crazy to have the reception on first floor. the big restaurant on ground floor was boring and not interesting. The small cafe/bar on 12th floor was great, loved the food,- and not to forget the incredible view.But way to loud music. Don´t book a taxi at the reception,- far too expensive. Nice room, big and very clean. Even though we stayed at 18th floor there still was noice from the street during the night.

I have stayed many times in this hotel before-covid and so I decided to stay here again for few nights. I was disappointed to realize that nothing has been done to even maintain the hotel well and instead, I ended up regretting to stay here... Negatives: the room we stayed in (best on the list by the way) is dated and patched up badly in everything... old and chipped furniture, old carpets, walls scratched and badly repainted over, broken blinds and many more bad details... Moreover, the windows are not sound-proof so you literally hear everything that goes on on the outside of the hotel; The common areas and all facilities in general are very old style, not too clean and beyond dated; very poor quality breakfast with boring, badly presented food selection and low quality standards. Positives: the staff (especially maintenance) tried their best to compensate all hotel's faults and mis-working things but in the end it was not good enough. Not recommended unless the management decides to undergo a serious renovation plan.
