The hotel was very nice and clean. It's in the city center, so it's very easy to look for places to eat and shops, because everything is within walking distance. There's also a bus stop which was at the front of the hotel, so it's very convenient to travel to other places.

I love the stay, perfect location with many eateries nearby. I want to compliment the receptionist Dirmansyah, upon seeing that I bring young kid along he upgraded my room. That is very thoughtful to ensure we have a more enjoyable stay.

Great Location and that is the main reason for me to keep booking this hotel when I go JB. Recently the hotel installed music in the guest lift - for me a bit too loud. Hopefully the hotel can review and adjust a bit softer. The staff are friendly and rm 1714 bathroom area become very wet after shower. Bathroom placed outside shower become very wet.

Staff are friendly and the location is great. The downstairs shopping mall has a lot of things to do—massage, hair salon, eatery, and more, etc. Nearby, there are also a lot of things to do. Nice location.
