I had a great stay. Staff were courteous, 1-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing too. This hotel is nearby many food options as well as minimarts and a supermarket. Parking is free and aplenty. Would stay here again given the chance.

The staff was so accommodating, understanding, and polite. They let us change the room when we wanted to change for a few reasons. The process to apply to extend our stay was also easy. The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

The check-in process was fast and easy and we we were in our room just a short while after arriving. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel with the Kerinchi LRT Station just right beside it made it very convenient to travel to any area in the Klang Valley. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Parking was easily available and it was free too. Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Extremely great value. A well kept hotel in an unbelievably good location for the traveler, easy walking to sentral travel hub. From the hub the high speed train provides a 20 minute transfer to both airports. Staff are ultra friendly and extremely helpful with information about the city, what to do, and how to get there. A great experience after 6 months in Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia.

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience here.
