Friendly staff. Since I was bringing children and elderly parents, I requested a connecting room. After checking in, I was called to check on my room. It exceeded my expectations, with a spacious and comfortable room and filtered drinking water. The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Alor and several nearby convenience stores. It's within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavilion. I'll definitely be back if I visit KL again.

The hotel's location is strategic and quiet, between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Near KK minimarket and 7Eleven, also Plaza Rakyat LRT station. It has a drop off area so it's safe to get on and off Grab. The room is very clean and well-maintained, with a bonus of getting a direct view of the Merdeka 118 tower. The bathroom is clean, the water heater works well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early because there were rooms available. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It provides great value for money considering its prime location near Pasar Seni Station Hub (LRT/MRT/Bus Hub), which gives you easy access to everywhere in KL. Unlike the noisy Bukit Bintang area, the vibe here is quiet and very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise; you're surrounded by aesthetic cafes and legendary culinary spots. It's the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern convenience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel is opposite the Pasar Seni MRT Station, heading to the Hotel from KLIA Airport is also very easy, just by bus paying 12 Ringit / person going to Kl Central, from our central KL Rise to LRT only 1.9 Ringgit / person to Sasi Pasar Seni, (only 1 dation only) until the Art Market just crosses to his hotel. If you want to take a bus near the station from the Hotel. If you want to take a free bus around Kuala Lumpur just to go on the GO KL bus, we can take the GO KL bus to your heart's content from morning, afternoon, evening, to your heart's content without paying at all. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, for those who are usually cold, this hotel is very cold, (even if we sleep with jackets), there are lots of places to eat around, a very pleasant hotel and ok and great

We arrived at the hostel at 9 in the morning, intending to get the bag because the check-in was at 2 noon. But the same mother who has a hostel is allowed an early check-in, because seeing friends are already tired because they run out backpackeran from Singapore. Super good anyway, the hostel is really close from the art market station, there is a free KL go bus, lots of halal food. Really recommended, thumbs up

Hotel sangat bersih. Dekat ke Petaling, Central Market, My Din, Pasar Seni, Dataran Merdeka, Masjid Jamek. Setiap pagi akan ada yang jualan barang thrift di sepanjang jalan. Malam hari juga ramai yang jualan sangat cocok untuk keluarga. Bakalan balik ke hotel ini lagi. Sangat recommended. The best lah pokoknya ada air panas juga untuk yang suka ngopi, stay ngeteh di pagi hari.
