I stayed at this hotel because the location is strategic, close to my child's school campus. Also close to Pyramid Mall and many food stalls across the hotel. The hotel facilities are good, the hotel service is satisfactory. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Malaysia.

I didn't put much expectation in the hotel as it looked like an old hotel from the exterior. I chose it because it was near my grandma's place. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the interior and the service. But then when I went to room is when I texted my friends to try this hotel. The newly refurbished room is beautiful, clean. And just perfect. A definite must stay.

This was my first staying at Sunway Resort & Spa.. I just wanna say that this us the best ever hotel i’ve been staying because the service are very excellent & all staff are very friendly, helpful & always give the best service during our stay at this hotel. We are being treated as a VVIP from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. The interior of the hotel are very nice & clean make we feel comfortable & enjoying our stay here. Congrats to the hotel management for hiring & well trained all their staff to give an excellent service to all guest. I would recommend my families, my friends & others to staying here. As the hotel is just next by the Sunway Lagoon & Sunway Pyramid shopping mall where we can walk through walking path (connecting from hotel) without going through under sun. I would like to give 20 🌟out of 10 🌟😉😉😊😊.

Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests. Some food they replenish, gone in secs and you have to wait again. The staff (not all) might need to work on their customer service skill. From the phone operator (before reservation) to the front desk staff (upon check in). For a 5 star hotel, we were expecting atleast the staff to be a tad friendly rather than being robotic giving us a yes, no, maybe answer to our queries. Can’t comment much on the F&B staff since they were busy. The staffs at the pool was pleasant and not forgetting the front desk staff (upon check out) i forgot to take his name. He was good. Not forgetting the bellman service too. To be able to connect with the hotel through whatsapp was a time saving! It’s such a great idea to have the channel for your guests to connect instantly. Kudos to that! Parking was hard to find since it was connected to the rest of the hotels, mall, and theme park. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Atleast, the kids had fun :)

Amazing hotel for family. Suitable for families with children. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lotsa variety. Kids corner for children to eat. Hotel room was SUPER clean. Towels were changed daily without being requested. Service staff were friendly and warm! There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids.
