Best Western Plus Luna del Mar

This is a nice budget hotel located in a nice area.

It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus?

El ceviche es aceptable, pésima atención, nunca fueron para ofrecer servicio a la alberca ni a la playa, el lugar esta muy deteriorado. No aceptan tarjeta debito y no pueden cobrar con tarjeta de crédito. Porque no cargar a tu cuarto y al final pagar la cuenta? Es muy inconveniente traer efectivo o tarjeta en la playa

It’s an old building that doesn’t have an elevator. Most of the amenities didn’t work, like the iron or the phone. We asked for new ones and they never gave us another one

Overall the rooms are in very bad shape. Internet did not work well. They didn’t recognized my membership points. Beds also were not good . Gas for calefacción was unstable .

Room was dusty and floors were dirty other than that stragglers is really friendly and it’s a very safe area.

No elevator and to many stairs to get to my room.

The hotel was in a nice area. Staff was nice the only thing is that if booking through Expedia breakfast is not included. The rooms were clean just needs a little extra in bathrooms.

Wasn’t very clean. Lots of maintenance work happening while we were there, so it was quite noisy. Tried to use the in-room safe, but it was literally GLUED to a shelf and came right off!! Room itself was tiny and not very clean.

Cuando nos dieron la habitacion teniamos una TV que no tenia senal y me dijeron cuando llame a recepcion que estaban arreglando cableado del la compania de cable y estaban arreglando eso,salimos ala playa y por la noche que llegamos ala habitacion volvi a llamar y me dijeron lo mismo que solo internet servia y baje para comentarlerles que en otros cuartos se veia la TV y me dijeron que solo you tube y nexflix agarra y le dije que al menos que vieramos esas programaciones,por lo cual la recepcionista se dio cuenta que la TV que teniamos era muy vieja y ni eso se podia ver por lo cual llamo con alguien para poder agarrar otra television de otra habitacion y llevarla a nuestra habitacion Andrea le doy review por que hizo todo para que estuvieramos bien en nuestra estadia lo que las del turno de la tarde cuando llegamos no hicieron nada. Y tambien al llegar a mi hermana la hicieron esperar 30min por su habitacion y despues le dicen que tardarian 15 min mas por lo cual mi hermana les dijo mis hijos tienen mucho calor aqui afuera en donde nos tienen en la sala de espera dame alguna que tengas disponible lo cual le dieron una habitacion super chica. Mala experiencia tuvimos desgraciadamente.

This is a one estar hotel. Unless there isnt a other option, this hotel would be in the Last place. 1. WiFi doesnt work 2. It does not have elevador, climbing the stairs carey suitcases3. Does not work aa 4. Bathroom ver y untidy

Very clean facility and quiet

Restrooms and towels weren’t clean, the whole room had a nasty smell, and I paid for a room with a view to the beach and got a different one.

They charge 56 for used the towel for pool , tell just a voucher but charge going in to my credit card…

I didn't like, you had to leav a deposit for pool towels, we bought pizza form, the restaurant it was so grease we where unable to eat it, bad food

Rooms were acceptable, dated rooms but clean, hot water was lukewarm the first 2 days. Pool towel service was subpar, paid a deposit for towels for a family friend f 4 only to find out a single towel was available. Towel service was late the following day past noon. Restaurant was ok, not much food variety and the fish was not fresh.
