Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores. Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.

I have traveled to Acapulco several times in my opinion this hotel needs to have a better type of amenities. The hotel is already outdated for sure. Parking is horrible and the area is located. This is no prime to walk around outside the overall condition of the hotel, the rooms tend to be With lack of maintenance and to be honest if I had another choice to come back, I’ll come back to other places there is crowded service is lacking and waitresses. They’re super big. They’re very friendly and everything but they’re super busy so it’s under staff not a place for you to enjoy. It’s a place for you just to sit down and just see a lot of people a lot of crowd Swimming pool is super crowded. It’s not worth the money. It’s not worth the time in my opinion.

The buffet food for all inclusive was not that appetizing. Same food every day just mix differently no variety. Food seemed old. Bed was comfortable. Room was great Internet access was good. Transportation taxes were outside rooms. Do not have telephones. You have to text them. No room service children everywhere peeing in the pools Out of control unavailable. The gym was unavailable due to construction. There’s no ATM in the lobby so we have to go out into the unsafe area to get money. Nobody speaks English. If I didn’t have a translator with me I would’ve been lost and nobody would’ve understood me. This is great for Spanish-speaking people Who have kids who don’t mind a lower class of vacation.

The Hotel has a perfect location on the Beach, but its an Old Hotel. The room was wery damp inside. But the worst part was the elevators... They were stopping at almost every floor due to some fault, and when you live in the 15'th floor you can imagine the frustration.

This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.
