Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam / Arena Boulevard

Lot’s of noise between the rooms in the evening and during the night. Not able to open the windows at all. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was simple but ok. Friendly staff and good location.

Clean room, lovely staff. Room was quiet and good for our stay. We came for a concert at the arena, so it was convenient however please note everything around the area closes early, so later on there are no restaurants or food options available unless you go to McDonald or Burger King. Also be careful as evening can be scary with lots of homeless people around. But good connections into the city and the airport.

Large room, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Welcoming and friendly staff. Well located for public transport.

Everything was typically the expected Hapton Inn high standard. The only complaint would be the pillows. We need better ones.

Avoid hotel as they are speculating in overbooking- arrived at hotel for 2 nights in evening at 10 and have booked another hotel for a day where I had to go back the day after. Reason - football event and it happens sometimes. Was 2 people when I arrived with the same info - the New hotel I found hair on the bed and had to get a new roam. Response - no compensation, no upgrades - some points after e-mail dialog first basically said something which wasn’t true to explained why they didn’t write in advance. I’m heavy traveler and the first hotel where it’s a hard NO in the future

Great staff and perfect location for arena and transport.

Breakfast was good

We were given the erong room - a twin, when we booked a queen. They sorted it out OK, but it was a faff. All the later breakfast times were gone (you had to pick a time) so we ended up having to have a very early breakfast.

Amazing experience for visiting Amsterdam. This location is literally IDEAL. Outside hotel there’s an outdoor mall that has shops & tons of dining options. 50 feet other direction is entrance to the train/metro. Even went to soccer game at arena which was another 50 feet away. That alone is worth it, but the rooms are truly great quality. Comfy beds, nice shower, breakfast buffet is superb. Tons of hot/ cold options & very plentiful, always refilling what’s empty. Must include the warm hospitality @ this establishment. I was super fortunate to have Reyhan help me out throughout the check in process & stay. She was very kind, friendly, patient & gave the very best recommendations/advice on what to do. She pointed out the best cocktail bar in town & landmarks to see. Everyday she would politely check in w/ me as I passed by to see how my experience was going & continuously offered her help. I was more than happy to receive such warmth & care, I will be back because of her

We had a great stay at Hampton Hilton staff were amazing, food great variety for breakfast, room was clean. Reyhan was brilliant nothing was a bother for her.

Otroligt dålig frukost, inga alternativ i princip. De kokta äggen var kalla och med svart kant runt gulan. Inget bacon, ingen marmelad. Ingen juice. När man jämför med frukostar på hotell i Sverige så blir man otroligt besviken.
