Great hotel, very handy for the ziggodome and train station, lovely area too. Breakfast was great too.

Good location right next to the station and close to both stadion and several concert halls. Nice spacious comfortable rooms. Although I never got the heating working, and I didn't ask about it, as it was okay. The breakfast was good but nothing special. Nice bar and lounge. Access to fitness room. I enjoyed the one night stay.

Ontbijt was basic, jammer genoeg een 2de keer daar verbleven. Maar helaas was de kamer weer niet proper. Stof vooral nuet afgedaan, onder bed was vuiligheid, .....

Stayed here for a few nights last weekend. Hoyle was so nice and staff were so welcoming. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Hotel is right at the train station which takes you to and from central and many other places, it was so handy and great location

City trip and music event

Smooth check in experience, with very nice staff. I booked this property specifically so I didn't have to trek very far to the concert I was going to, and the nightly rate when I was going was an incredible value for being so close to the concert halls. In general, the location is great for getting into the city, the airport, or even if you don't want to go very far, there are several places to eat, shop, or groceries. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great touch too.

Room and breakfast were great. Evining lounge / bar area was cold with cheap spars functional furniture, no atmosphere nor enjoyable, just functional hence 4 stars.

Practical, convenient, no-nonsense hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location right near the station and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious and the hotel had good facilities

The staff were lovely, the location was perfect. Breakfast and hotel were great. But the reason we book a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep and the beds were horrendous the mattress on the bed was solid and lump, the sofa bed had a massive dip in the middle and the mattress can only be described as sheet thin. The bathroom had mould round the sink and on the floor with dried water stains under the sink. The walls in the hotel room were covered in marks and some pencil drawings. The curtains had what looked like moth holes all over them stopping them from being blackout as there was so much light shinning through the many holes. The noise from neighbouring rooms was horrendous you could hear every word all night long. As a building and location ideal as somewhere to sleep terrible.

Nice staff, rooms clean, breakfast could be better… : orange juice awfull… in place giving saisages with scrapble eggs, would be better bacon … ! Litlle problem at check out … they didn’t found the payment of vat and taxes.. She already pais at the arriva… a bit annoying when someone told you that you didn’t paid but that you paid at arrival…
