Extremely happy with staff and desk service. Very accommodating with our early arrival and luggages storage service after check out. The location is a very convenient to walk and transit. Highly recommend to stay here for a few days while you visit to Amsterdam.

The rooms are extremely small. There is no room to open the suitcase, you need to put it on the bed. The hotel is in a good location, the Central station is about a 7 minute walk and it’s very close to Damrak which has good shopping and several good restaurants. There is a restaurant that just opened close by, the Prince Charming Bar and Kitchen that had great food, give it a try.

Avoid booking on the UG, the room has no window at all. Mattress are really uncomfortable with what you pay for day to rest well in a holiday that is really expensive. The good thing is that is located 10 min from Amsterdam Centraal and from the canals.

The bedrooms was very good and clean with a view of the canal. the breakfast selection was poor and on one day a Friday when we arrived for breakfast at 8.45 there was very little selection left on the tables and was not restocked and staff attending made no effort to get some some more. some detail instructions how to use the air conditioning would be helpful as back in Ireland very few private properties need air-condition. The staff on the desk very helpful.
