Very nice staffs and convenient to the train station and restaurants.

The staff are very kind, transportation is convenient, shopping is convenient, the environment is clean, and most importantly, there is an elevator

It is a very nice experience. Hotel location is near the traffic center and close to the sightseeing spots. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would like to award praise to the lady (prepare the breakfast everyday). She is so kind so nice to my son. The bed is a little soft but still comfort for sleeping well.

酒店與火車站的步行距離大概10-15分鐘。員工有善有問必答。早餐一般。 此單人客房的床與街道之間只有一塊落地玻璃的阻隔，玻璃與床之間只有一白色及一深綠色的窗簾布遮擋，客房雖位處內街但街外的汽車聲、行人的說話聲在夜闌人靜時特別響亮，而且，一塊玻璃擋不了外面寒冷的天氣(雖然房內有暖氣)，感覺不太安全。

櫃台服務人員親切，且由中央車站步行五到十分鐘內即可抵達飯店，交通便捷，而前往各景點都很方便，值得推薦予各位旅人

房間面臨馬路和河道，因是大片玻璃窗可直接看到中央車站和河中的中式餐廳，不過歐洲的酒店床墊普遍偏軟，他又把上墊分兩層，很容易翻下床，哈哈！

除了沒有冰箱，嚇了一跳之外，其餘的都非常不錯 房間浴室也非常乾淨，入夜後雖然旁邊餐廳還繼續營業， 但卻不吵鬧 櫃檯人員也有很棒的微笑，

空間蠻擠的 空調溫度沒辦法調高 沒有heater 不大推薦

簡單得四床，茶煲，啡機，一個櫃，無雪櫃，比較市中心遠

I had a booking on April.12 via Hotel. com. And we did travel to Amsterdam and stayed Fine Seasons for 2 nights. We choosed to pay cash in Hotel that time.The reason why we choose to pay by cash is we want to save the inernational transaction fee and the currency issue.Therefore, we paid all of charge by cash. But recently i received the credit card receipt, the hotel charged the fee again. Today,we received the reply from Hotel.com. You said that we only pay the tax by cash. It's not make sense. We choose to pay part of by cash and part of by credit card. We Checked in around 9 pm ~10 pm on 6/18. Could you please check monitor from your hotel and check the balance and revenue that day. You will find out the truth. This matter really cause an inconvenience for us. We hope you can investigate it AS soon as possible and refund the payment soon. The confirmation number : 805980938729.

Estuvo padrísimo !

Very small rooms like the room IS the bed and that’s about it. Very noisy from the bar next door. Not very soundproof.

Hotel convenient to catch Bike barge tour at Oosterdock. Basic hotel but expensive.

The rooms are tiny as you would expect. Coffee machine and kettle in room are nice to have. Bed was comfy.

The three bed room was spacious and comfortable, albeit quite basic. The bathroom very nice with plenty of hot water. The location is central but not smack bang in the middle of everything. It requires a short walk to the tourist spots. On the other hand it is quiet at night. The breakfast is basic but it works.

Stay was ok except TV needed re programming each time it was turned off. Also the plug doesn't prevent water flowing down the waste reating a large wastage of water.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean the beds were foam tops and a bit like cots. Great shower and front desk help.

Ótima estadia! Super bem localizado, além de perto da estação, fácil acesso à todos os pontos turísticos. Atendente muito atencioso e solícito.
