The three bed room was spacious and comfortable, albeit quite basic. The bathroom very nice with plenty of hot water. The location is central but not smack bang in the middle of everything. It requires a short walk to the tourist spots. On the other hand it is quiet at night. The breakfast is basic but it works.

Ett litet hotell och ett litet rum, men väldigt trevligt ändå. Rent och fint. Frukosten var ok, men inte värd 15 euro. Killen som tog emot oss, och även var där när vi skulle hem, skulle få 10 stjärnor om det gick. Väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Tyvärr glömde jag fråga vad han hette, men han var mörkhyad och lång och smal. En stor eloge till honom.

The hotel was very well located, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was super clean. We found the shower didn’t drain super well and on our last night there was a group of people who were being ridiculously loud outside at 3 am. It woke me up but my son and partner slept through it. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of for people considering staying here. The hotel is on a relatively busy street and near a bar, if you’re at the front part of the hotel you may hear people outside. It was only the last night that we experienced this and overall we would go back!

My fault I booked the petite room without windows but I didn’t realise how small it would be nor that it would be below street level. This room was tiny, couldn’t walk all the way around the bed or have suitcases open. Very noisy at night when people stop above on the street to talk. It is a good location for being close to the train station and central Amsterdam. Buffet breakfast was good and a reasonable price. Room was clean and housekeeping ws good. Get a room upstairs if staying here.
