The women operating the breakfast area were very unprofessional, for some reason harassing me four times to pay for the breakfast, which I did afterwards,…the hotel had said online the price was 10 euros, and I paid double, and that for a breakfast with very cold scrambled eggs, and cold hash browns. The hotel never advertised their breakfast rate at the hotel or online either. I certainly feel a refund is in order, not just bc of the way I was treated, but also bc of the poor food and the lack of advertising their rate. On the positive side, Oktay,one of the desk staff, was extremely courteous and helpful.

The hotel itself is ok average people are nice but first basic stuff is expensive water 4 to 5 euro small bottle. What was the issue during my stay was the policy that hotel management enforced not to supply kettles in the room instead they asked me to get hot water from the bar and young lady told me I give one glas and asked me to fetch a glass from the breakfast area myself!! And then she said if you ask for more she will charge me for it!!!!! I came down second time prepared to pay for it and her supervisor was there and he said although I have to charge you but I give to you for free! While I appreciate this gesture, providing hot water to guest should be free . Any way overall I would not catagorize my stay as an amazing memorable stay 😳

Very cold room. Windows are not properly insulated. We can feel wind blowing all night long through the cracks at the windows. The rooms were smelly, but the bed was OK. The only thing good thing I can say the shuttle service was good. It is OK to stay over one night if you have to catch the flight early in the morning. .

Hotel is very nice as I have stayed there before. The main reason my rating is low is because I had to pay slightly higher price by $8 than what was shown while booking. This is not related to currency exchange at all. Instead, additional fees was hidden and not disclosed and is unacceptable for any amount.

The basic room was fine, but we had a frustrating experience during check-in. We arrived 12 minutes early, and the staff made us sit and wait until the exact check-in time, which seemed unreasonable since the rooms were ready. She simply said, “It’s not check-in time,” and that was it. Afterward, we went to eat because we hadn't had anything all day. The website stated that the restaurant opened at 4 PM, but when we arrived, they informed us it would only open at 6 PM. After waiting until 6 PM, we had to wait a long time just to be seated. I ordered soup, but it was bland, and the egg rolls were frozen in the middle. When I expressed my concern, they just put them back in the deep fryer, making them extremely oily. I ended up not eating them.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not bad for an overnight stay. They don’t take cash anywhere so it is a bit difficult to get a bottle at the front desk. Staff was alright but didn’t seem to go out of there way to be courteous.
