Excellent room, food and location and shuttle service

Clean room

Room was clean and light. Had an evening meal that was generous. Shuttle was not great getting from the airport one day. Just didn’t come. Not all shuttles call at ibis styles but do go to Ibis budget and the red ibis. Getting from hotel to airport was fine as it is the first stop. Takes about 20mins to get from airport/train station and hotel every ~ 40 mins. It is free

We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was good with good variety. We scored this hotel lower than usual because there is nowhere around the hotel to eat lunch or dinner except the hotel dining room so the night we arrived, the dining room was very full but they only had one waiter. He did the best he could but service was terribly slow, the food order came out with the wrong food--then the pasta was gummy and cold. If you decide on this hotel, arrive after dinner and leave after breakfast.

Nice hotel and free shuttle from airport comes in handy! Parking is expensive

It was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The food was tasty and good value.

Clean room but sparsely furnished. No place to set or hang up anything

I had a suoerior room, and is was very basic. Lots of road noise. The only pluses were the shuttle was free and on time, and you can walk to the big park. Next time I will.go back to staying Hyatt place for the same price.

Very comfortable beds with all the amenities we expected. However, the air-conditioning isn’t very powerful and didn’t keep up in a +27 day.

I booked this hotel specifically for the free shuttle. It only runs every 40 minutes and there are two Ibis shuttles for different hotels. When I tried to approach the driver - he wouldn’t open the door and I didn’t get on for fear of going to the wrong hotel. As a result, I had to wait another 40 minutes and didn’t arrive until nearly two hours after I landed. The 9 minute shuttle ride is also 30 minutes.

This stay was great. staff very helpful and room clean. Short distance from the airport so great for layovers.

The room was not clean. upkeep is lacking, wallpaper coming off the walls and coffee was spilled all over the toilet upon our check in. would stay at a nicer hotel. The extra deadbolt security lock is absent on the door

Cobwebs, lack of staff

Superb location for in and out of Schipol. Helpful staff, great amenities and a welcoming interior. Some small maintenance item to be addressed: hooks in a bathroom, treads on a stair. Excellent greenery in the lobby. Great shuttle access to the airport.

Enjoyed dinner with local friends at the restaurant, great service restaurant and bar! Airport shuttle was VERY CROWDED!!

the room was clean and quiet. the design of the room was attractive. the room was less expensive than some other options in the area and because of that i didn’t expect much so it’s ok that there was no fridge, no body lotion, no coffee machine or electric kettle. it was all very minimal. i think all rooms are on the ground floor which some women traveling alone may not be comfortable with. the location is ok if you just want to spend a night before a flight. it wouldn’t be a good option to visit amsterdam. the shuttle needs improvement. it serves all three ibis hotels in this area and it was packed. very packed. very uncomfortable and a bit stressful with luggage and warnings about theft. it runs every 40 minutes. i think given the large number of people wanting to use the shuttle it should run more often at least every 30 minutes which would reduce the number of passengers per shuttle ride. i don’t think i would use this hotel again because of the shuttle issue.

Okay for a one-night stay if and only if you need to be close to the airport. The airport shuttle is free and convenient. It's a very basic hotel, and it's not necessarily well-maintained. For example, the battery had died on the card reader used for getting into the room, and the front desk associate wasn't aware. Had to walk down twice and talk to someone, who eventually just gave me a regular key. There was also a large spider on the window.
