객실냉장고, 포트 등 편의 장비 없음. 매우 누런 배게 커버(상당기간 교체안한게 분명함). 주변에 ibis 호텔이 여러군데 있어 셔틀 탑승시 매우 주의해야함. 셔틀버스시간이 맞지 않을뿐더러 이 호텔로 가지않는 셔틀이 많으므로 주의..안내없음..반드시 기사에게 물어보고 탑승...체크인 카운터에 근무직원이 적어 대기가 심함..(체크인 고객+항의 고객으로 붐빔).

I stayed for one night on a layover. I waited for the shuttle bus in front of the hotel for about 70 minutes from 8 PM. I barely got on. Even at the 8 AM departure time in the morning, the shuttle bus did not come on schedule, so I used the bus individually. Transit hotels never come without a shuttle. The hotel room smelled strongly of men's cologne, so I opened the window and ventilated for over 2 hours in the cold winter before I could barely fall asleep. The bed sheets also smelled strongly of an old man. I took off the sheets and used my sleeping bag. I wanted to ask to change rooms, but I held back because I felt bad that there was only one employee at the counter responding to complaints about the shuttle to several people at the late hour. I often transit through Amsterdam, but I will never use this service again.

Very bad suttle bus schedule.

This is the worst hotel since my trip. The shuttle bus is not on time. I wasted 4 hours over 2 days waiting for the shuttle bus.

it is clean,and calm place. but so far from city.

It so cozy place. But it is far from central city.

Room was just a place to sleep. Everything was clean but very basic. Food was good but they were terribly understaffed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not bad for an overnight stay. They don’t take cash anywhere so it is a bit difficult to get a bottle at the front desk. Staff was alright but didn’t seem to go out of there way to be courteous.

Hotel cercano al aeropuerto. Solo estuve una noche pero el servicio de transportación al aeropuerto fue muy bueno y exacto. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias

Zimmer war sauber, dennoch sehr kalt obwohl die Heizung aufgedreht war. Dennoch sehr eher freundliches Personal, gute Lage, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet - Top

Det allra mesta var dåligt. Genomgående. Från vårt första försök till att checka in till att vi kom därifrån. Frukost var bra, resten var skrivet av John Cleese.

There were only two pillows and both of them were not meant for sleeping, and they were very small.The service was very slow there was only one person behind the desk, and there was a long line.There was a tissue box with only two tissues left. There should also be a bigger variety of breakfast.

Although we had a decent stay at this hotel both times we stayed there, there are a few things worth pointing out. The staff unfortunately has a somewhat cold touch to their demeanor. The 2nd time around, we found a dirty cup in our room and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. On December 31st when guest most likely would have liked to sit around the bar and socialize a bit......it was closed. I have never experienced this before at any hotel.

The room was not that clean, and the light over the sink did not work. The situation with the shuttle is very bad; it is an old bus that serves various different types of Ibis hotels and is not nearly big enough. The hotel itself if very nice: I appreciate the decor, the free coffee, the friendly staff, and the proximity to the Amsterdamse Bos. The prices are good and I will come back again provided the shuttle improves.

The bar offers a very good pizza! Receptionist to hotel on our arrival was a bit more casual than i would like in her customer service attitude. The soap dispensers in the room don't function well. The pump heads come off easily, and you have to put them back on in just the correct position for them to be able to function. None of them were hanging from their wall mounts as designed.
