ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport

I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that came at 12 pm to go to Style Hotel. So instead of getting to the hotel at 11.30 pm, I ended being late for 1 hr. The bad thing is that, I need to wake up at 5 am, to get back to the airport. So I didn't have enough sleep the following day. For your improvement to enhance customer in the future: 1. Tell the shuttle driver to clearly tell that there are THREE Ibis hotels in Schiphol area. For guests who do not stay there often, they will only find out when they make a mistake like i do. 2. Put in the shuttle timetable to clearly notify guests that there are bus dedicated to Ibis Style Hotel, and there are buses running 3 ibis hotels, and provide time for both. 3. Tell guests to consider other mode of transport (e.g. Uber, taxi) if the shuttle does not turn up for X minute (e.g. on 15 June evening, the shuttle at 11.02 pm DIDN'T turn up at all). I hope you will consider the above suggestion for your future guests. One thing for sure, I will not stay at your hotel next time.

Room was just a place to sleep. Everything was clean but very basic. Food was good but they were terribly understaffed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not bad for an overnight stay. They don’t take cash anywhere so it is a bit difficult to get a bottle at the front desk. Staff was alright but didn’t seem to go out of there way to be courteous.

Zimmer war sauber, dennoch sehr kalt obwohl die Heizung aufgedreht war. Dennoch sehr eher freundliches Personal, gute Lage, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet - Top

Det allra mesta var dåligt. Genomgående. Från vårt första försök till att checka in till att vi kom därifrån. Frukost var bra, resten var skrivet av John Cleese.

There were only two pillows and both of them were not meant for sleeping, and they were very small.The service was very slow there was only one person behind the desk, and there was a long line.There was a tissue box with only two tissues left. There should also be a bigger variety of breakfast.

Although we had a decent stay at this hotel both times we stayed there, there are a few things worth pointing out. The staff unfortunately has a somewhat cold touch to their demeanor. The 2nd time around, we found a dirty cup in our room and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. On December 31st when guest most likely would have liked to sit around the bar and socialize a bit......it was closed. I have never experienced this before at any hotel.

The room was not that clean, and the light over the sink did not work. The situation with the shuttle is very bad; it is an old bus that serves various different types of Ibis hotels and is not nearly big enough. The hotel itself if very nice: I appreciate the decor, the free coffee, the friendly staff, and the proximity to the Amsterdamse Bos. The prices are good and I will come back again provided the shuttle improves.

The bar offers a very good pizza! Receptionist to hotel on our arrival was a bit more casual than i would like in her customer service attitude. The soap dispensers in the room don't function well. The pump heads come off easily, and you have to put them back on in just the correct position for them to be able to function. None of them were hanging from their wall mounts as designed.

La habitación es cómoda y el personal es muy amable se llega en 40 min al aeropuerto y tiene varios horarios su camión y de ahí es fácil moverte al centro

This place is the best. Clean, comfortable, good sized rooms, great staff. But the best is the location! Across the street from a mall and train stat. So convenient.

It is a bare bones airport hotel. Booked because of airport shuttle. Didn't have breakfast. Staff did their job but weren't overly welcoming. Price was right.

There are three Ibus hotels that the shuttle services with NO prior info to that effect. So we got off at the hotel stop but it was not our hotel. Had to wait 40 minutes for the next shuttle. Upon arrival the room they assigned had no heat and they had to bring in a space heater.

Airport hotel but clean and the bartender was great.
