PC standard's are so low, towels with red stains , rooms have old damaged carpets even in executive room , no fruit baskets , reception is a total disaster one receptionist handling 5 out of control guests . Even guests are with such low standards the way they talk , carrying luggage in grocery bags . Room service charged us Rs 1000 for a cup of tea paid 7600 for few cups of tea Totally rip off , avoid PC the new management is not taking care of it , this was my favorite hotel during hashwani senior days now it’s a disappointment. You pay more for better class of rooms they still trick you to smoke smelling rooms even you booked non smoking , lobby is always filled with weird crowd loudly talking to each other , NO CLASS anymore

Rooms and bathrooms are dirty old and not maintained. They don’t even have cotton bedsheets on their beds. Sofa and chairs in room were very dirty heavily stained and worn out,did not even want to sit on them. Cat[eating was old worn out It’s disappointing because these are easy fixes but the hotel management could care less

the best part about Lahore PC is the breakfast--lots of options of delicious food. They offer free airport transfer which is convenient however they are notoriously slow at responding to email. Front desk is also slow at check in--it was busy and took a while for them to get to us and they had trouble finding reservation. However, I have stayed here before and I arrived much earlier than check in and they kindly accommodated me that time. The hotel needs some updating-the carpet and some of the finishing show age and wear. There is a shopping arcade on the sub-mezzanine level which is convenient also for some souvenir shopping.

PC is an excellent hotel with outstanding amenities and a wonderful atmosphere. I definitely had a great experience there.

spotless rooms, all amenities present. However the shaving kits are very very basic and poor qualities, causing many abrasions to the skin. Surely these could be improved . The safety box did not work.The menu at Marco Pole was rather monotonous , I stayed I stayed 12 days and got bored with the never changing menu. The front desk is very helpful, at times they are mobbed by the unruly guests who pay no attention to making a que for their turn, instead create a rukus and shouting. It is very troublesome.

I would give the hotel 2 stars, 1 star for their front desk manager Miss Mehak who was fabulous and 1 star for the free transportation to the airport which was very convenient. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, requested interconnected or side by side since we were traveling with minors. For the first 3 nights I must have spent at least 4-5 hours day chasing people to get the right rooms. We were given smoking rooms every time, the staff is well trained at deflecting the issue rather than solving. The only exception was Miss Mehak, who was courteous, helpful and resolved the issue for us. PC used to be one of the best hotels in Lahore but not so much anymore, the rooms are dated, if you do plan to stay make sure you get the renovated rooms and also plan on being inundated with cigarette smoke everywhere. The airport transfer is very nice and convenient, the lobby area is always nice and lively. I was very disappointed, hope that the management makes some changes to bring back this icon to its glory days.

Rooms and corridors needs to change their very old carpets . I am sure those carpets have not been washed for years .

clean room. Very courteous staff. Monotony of the food menu. Front registration desk is always mobbed, temper flare and shouting matches not uncommon. Need more staff to man the front desk. At the moment it is a disgrace.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased these rooms for my daughter’s in laws for her wedding. The gave them outdated single bedding rooms with outdated bathrooms. According to my guest they probably changed it to king room. I hope they didn’t charge them extra money. If they did it will be very embarrassing for me. Also breakfast experience was very unpleasant with no space and seating.

Cleanness of hallways poor. Executive lounge worse I ever came across. Never has any supply other than coffee/ Tea. Compare with Karachi lounge or Serena lounge , no choices at all. Always empty dishes.

I booked the hotel for my family and they really enjoyed their stay.
