客室は古かったのが残念でした。でもスタッフ皆様がとても親切に対応して下さった。朝食もバラエティーがありとても美味しかったです。又訪れたいです。

ラホール市内の巨大なホテル。外国人専用に近いかも。入るときのチェックが厳しいので安全です。建物はやや古い。会議室はしっかり。フロントの人はていねいです。フロントで米ドルからルピーへの両替できました。空港までの送迎もありました。朝ごはんは多様で美味しい。必ずつけるべき。シャワーの温度が低く、バスルームも年季が入ってる感じで、あちこち、サビや汚れがこびり付いてます。

チェックインの時の対応が遅い。清掃が十分ではない。ロケーションが市の中心から離れていて少々不便。

Nice staff.

Rooms are old and need full restoration. Towels were ok - but a bit old as well. Room was nice with good space. Staff are good and courteous. Front desk at times understaffed. Breakfast was good as well as tea. Overall a positive experience.

Night staff was so rude and terrible Totally unprofessional never expected this kind of behavior at 5 star hotel.

Clean room and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Things that need improvement: 1-there should be one line at check in counter which should serve multiple counters as first come first serve.2- people( clients) in executive lounge are very loud at times. There should be a sign in the lounge to ask the clients to respect the privacy of other clients. . 3- it would be helpful if there is a sliding ramp while coming from back of the hotel to role the bags if needed.

Very poor quality rooms. Seems like never upgraded since construction. Staff is wonderful, specially Executive of housekeeping Asim, Front desk staff Romanzey, Sana, Rubab, and Naureen at the restaurant. All staff was extremely professional and caring.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to poor housekeeping and ineffective customer service. Despite repeated requests, my room was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels were folded and left in the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned adequately, and used glasses and cups were repeatedly left in the room. Although I contacted housekeeping several times and was assured the issue would not occur again, no improvement was made. Furthermore, the customer service staff was unresponsive and failed to take my concerns seriously. Many of the issues I raised were ignored, which significantly impacted my overall experience. I had also informed the hotel that I was staying to celebrate my birthday; however, there was no acknowledgment or complimentary gesture. Overall, the service did not meet acceptable hospitality standards, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Poor room service and toilet wasn’t clean There was no fruit basket in the room.

My stay at this hotel was for 3 nights. 3 words sum up my experience... I expected better... The main thing that was disappointing was attention to detail...so many things could have been better with a little more effort.. Spoke to the counter staff about my concerns but failed to get any meaningful response. For a hotel of this size and prestige, I expected that an ironing table & iron should have been in the room permanently. When we checked in at 4.30pm, our room was not ready.. No towels in the room...they had to be requested... Many items in breakfast were not labeled correctly, leading to wastage... Room service items were left in the corridor for over 12 hours in front of the room doors..not picked up...

PC is an iconic brand, which is why I chose it for my short 2-night stay in Lahore while traveling from Chicago. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While the hotel security and general ambiance were acceptable, that is where the positives end. The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with no clear line or direction. Staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. The room itself was unacceptable and frankly disgusting for a property charging over $100 per night. There were visible stains on the pillows, couch, and bedding, and parts of the room were visibly falling apart due to poor construction and maintenance. I requested a room change immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, leaving me stuck in a room that did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. This is not what anyone expects from a premium brand, especially after a long international journey. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations and standards. I would strongly advise travelers to stay away from this property until serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.
