Clean room and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Things that need improvement: 1-there should be one line at check in counter which should serve multiple counters as first come first serve.2- people( clients) in executive lounge are very loud at times. There should be a sign in the lounge to ask the clients to respect the privacy of other clients. . 3- it would be helpful if there is a sliding ramp while coming from back of the hotel to role the bags if needed.

spotless rooms, all amenities present. However the shaving kits are very very basic and poor qualities, causing many abrasions to the skin. Surely these could be improved . The safety box did not work.The menu at Marco Pole was rather monotonous , I stayed I stayed 12 days and got bored with the never changing menu. The front desk is very helpful, at times they are mobbed by the unruly guests who pay no attention to making a que for their turn, instead create a rukus and shouting. It is very troublesome.

Very disappointing stay at PC Hotel Lahore. The cleanliness was terrible the bathroom was dirty, the room felt outdated, and the entire property is clearly run down. We had already mentioned that the booking was for 3 people, but the room was not properly set up for 3 guests. There were no extra towels provided, and basic facilities were missing. For a supposed 4-star hotel, this experience was awful. The furniture and devices are ancient, and many things simply do not work properly. The hotel seriously needs renovation and much better maintenance standards. The only good thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle service. Apart from that, everything else was horrible. Definitely not worth the price or the rating.

No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges. Gesture is …. So what if that Airport service is missed or despite my repeated requests nothing additional mattress was provided. At that time, I simply paid and walked out and with a commitment to myself, not to go back there again.

To start with, even after confirming 2 times before travel no one picked us up from airport and we had to book a taxi and make our own way. When asked about it i got no reply. Then the room given to us was dirty and disgusting which i took photos and showed to duty officer. Dirty tables, dirty bath and broken shower were the few photos i took. They changed my room but the new room was not clean either. I took photos of ripped duvet which i did not complained and they did not change for 3 days and then i took pictures and showed it to duty officer but he did not do anything. Then there was this PSL team was arriving so they send us notice that they will change our room, lucky it was our last day. Overall worst experience ever.i will upload pictures if i get option for people to see the 5 star Hotel of Pakistan. Its a shame that the standards have gone down drastically and no one cares because it still runs on full capacity as many people don't know better or they don't say anything. For me it was the worst stay ever i have had in my entire life. Stressful time I'm glad is over after 14 long days and big dent on my pocket. If anyone want proof i have photos i clicked. Last bit they also cut water supply on one night in the name of maintenance. Please avoid this hotel.

:) Det gode på hotellet var morgenmaden. :( Værelset bar præg af slitage, og lugtede af fugt. Aircon var meget støjende. :( Vi have booket 2 værelser, men kunne kun få 1 værelse til tiden. Efter flere henvendelser, og 3 timers venten, fik vi det andet værelse dog med dobbeltseng - selvom vi havde booket 2 enkeltsenge. :( Ved udtjekning havde personalet ikke styr på udestående afregning. :) Rengøringspersonalet på værelserne var meget imødekommende.

It was a comfortable bed with a quality mattress. The hotel itself is pretty rundown. Cleanliness was not there really or perfunctory. For the amount of money charged, it couldn't even deliver quality or service equivalent to a good motel. The good points were it was safe, comfortable and had tolerable breakfast. There was history and a certain old world elegance to it. The staff tried hard but at baseline it seemed chaotic. The service was slow and coffee took a while. The staff mistook an Americano with drip twice at breakfast :) The buffet was decent but not exceptional. The kids loved the fresh eggs and pancakes, a definite plus. People were super friendly and helpful.

I came in 2021 and I found stains on the pillow case. I thought it’s under new management and it would have changed. This time I found stains on my bath towel. There was a round hole in the ceiling above my bed. The furniture is tatty and tied. Needs replacing. Pillows are probably the worse I have ever come across. Breakfast s mediocre. I asked for hash browns and was given what looked like pakoras or onion bajis. Was told these are a form of hash browns. Iron and ironing table is of high demand apparently so is taken from your room immediately. I can’t watch the TV because of the room layout. One of the posts on the four poster bed comes directly int he centre of the screen. I have to say the cleaning staff are so polite. Sajawal at reception is excellent and gets the job done when approached. Very professional. It’s very sad to see such an amazing hotel going to ruins.

The bathtub had visible stains, the carpets were badly discolored, and the AC did not work for the first two days of my stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money, and I would not return.

Rooms are old and need full restoration. Towels were ok - but a bit old as well. Room was nice with good space. Staff are good and courteous. Front desk at times understaffed. Breakfast was good as well as tea. Overall a positive experience.

Clean room and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Things that need improvement: 1-there should be one line at check in counter which should serve multiple counters as first come first serve.2- people( clients) in executive lounge are very loud at times. There should be a sign in the lounge to ask the clients to respect the privacy of other clients. . 3- it would be helpful if there is a sliding ramp while coming from back of the hotel to role the bags if needed.

Very disappointing stay at PC Hotel Lahore. The cleanliness was terrible the bathroom was dirty, the room felt outdated, and the entire property is clearly run down. We had already mentioned that the booking was for 3 people, but the room was not properly set up for 3 guests. There were no extra towels provided, and basic facilities were missing. For a supposed 4-star hotel, this experience was awful. The furniture and devices are ancient, and many things simply do not work properly. The hotel seriously needs renovation and much better maintenance standards. The only good thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle service. Apart from that, everything else was horrible. Definitely not worth the price or the rating.

No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges. Gesture is …. So what if that Airport service is missed or despite my repeated requests nothing additional mattress was provided. At that time, I simply paid and walked out and with a commitment to myself, not to go back there again.

To start with, even after confirming 2 times before travel no one picked us up from airport and we had to book a taxi and make our own way. When asked about it i got no reply. Then the room given to us was dirty and disgusting which i took photos and showed to duty officer. Dirty tables, dirty bath and broken shower were the few photos i took. They changed my room but the new room was not clean either. I took photos of ripped duvet which i did not complained and they did not change for 3 days and then i took pictures and showed it to duty officer but he did not do anything. Then there was this PSL team was arriving so they send us notice that they will change our room, lucky it was our last day. Overall worst experience ever.i will upload pictures if i get option for people to see the 5 star Hotel of Pakistan. Its a shame that the standards have gone down drastically and no one cares because it still runs on full capacity as many people don't know better or they don't say anything. For me it was the worst stay ever i have had in my entire life. Stressful time I'm glad is over after 14 long days and big dent on my pocket. If anyone want proof i have photos i clicked. Last bit they also cut water supply on one night in the name of maintenance. Please avoid this hotel.

:) Det gode på hotellet var morgenmaden. :( Værelset bar præg af slitage, og lugtede af fugt. Aircon var meget støjende. :( Vi have booket 2 værelser, men kunne kun få 1 værelse til tiden. Efter flere henvendelser, og 3 timers venten, fik vi det andet værelse dog med dobbeltseng - selvom vi havde booket 2 enkeltsenge. :( Ved udtjekning havde personalet ikke styr på udestående afregning. :) Rengøringspersonalet på værelserne var meget imødekommende.

It was a comfortable bed with a quality mattress. The hotel itself is pretty rundown. Cleanliness was not there really or perfunctory. For the amount of money charged, it couldn't even deliver quality or service equivalent to a good motel. The good points were it was safe, comfortable and had tolerable breakfast. There was history and a certain old world elegance to it. The staff tried hard but at baseline it seemed chaotic. The service was slow and coffee took a while. The staff mistook an Americano with drip twice at breakfast :) The buffet was decent but not exceptional. The kids loved the fresh eggs and pancakes, a definite plus. People were super friendly and helpful.

I came in 2021 and I found stains on the pillow case. I thought it’s under new management and it would have changed. This time I found stains on my bath towel. There was a round hole in the ceiling above my bed. The furniture is tatty and tied. Needs replacing. Pillows are probably the worse I have ever come across. Breakfast s mediocre. I asked for hash browns and was given what looked like pakoras or onion bajis. Was told these are a form of hash browns. Iron and ironing table is of high demand apparently so is taken from your room immediately. I can’t watch the TV because of the room layout. One of the posts on the four poster bed comes directly int he centre of the screen. I have to say the cleaning staff are so polite. Sajawal at reception is excellent and gets the job done when approached. Very professional. It’s very sad to see such an amazing hotel going to ruins.

The bathtub had visible stains, the carpets were badly discolored, and the AC did not work for the first two days of my stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money, and I would not return.
