The stay was okay overall, but the rooms could use some improvements. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave, which would have been convenient. Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en familia, cumple el propósito, Las personas de servio muy amables, parqueo accesible, desayuno muy rico. El baño de la habitación un poco deteriorado, pero limpio. Por equivocación perdí una de las tarjetas de llaves de acceso a la habitación, prense que me iban a cobrar por reposición, y el persona fue muy amable, no me cobraron la misma. En otros hoteles o países, por lo menos unos 20 dólares por reponerla. En resumen salimos agradecidos y contentos de nuestra experiencia en general en el hotel y en Panama..

La habitación estaba recién pintada, los baños del comedor habían cucarachas, el cuarto cuando entramos las ventanas estaban abiertas y se entraron los mosquitos, pero si cerrábamos la ventana había un olor muy fuerte a pintura. No logramos una mejor habitación porque las otras estaba con los sillones manchados pared con marcas. Luego no nos hicieron el reintegro de la habitación ni aceptaron la cancelación, nos tuvimos que ir y encontrar un hotel a final del día después de trabajar todo el día no pudieron ni siquiera referirse a otro hotel. Al igual que expedía no solucionaron, simplemente el hotel nos dice que lo veamos con expedía y expedía dice que el hotel no los atiende.

AC didn't work nor was there hot water. I called twice at night and there was no response from the front desk. Breakfast was so-so. Overall, just an average hotel.
