Central, clean, nice breakfast, safe parking

My stay was pleasant and the location is great

The breakfast was made fresh daily , Room was really valued for the money

A run down property, poorly maintained. The gym is dirty with 1 bumbell of each weight no pairs, staff barely understands english. Room attendant did a good job. Breakfast was OK and really why i booked here. A real 2 star spot.

I walked out of the Hotel as soon as I checked in hair on the bed I have pictures of it toilet seat broken, asked for a refund I was denied I’m trying to work with Travelocity see if they can get my money back , this place is own by people from Spain making money knowing that place is horrible very disappoint, the pictures on the website isn’t nothing like it showing

Terrible on hair on the bed toilet seat was broken bed linen was old and yellow supposed to be white this places is an old building that needs loss of work and repair very disappoint I walked out of there and didn’t go a refund 3/14/2026 p

This place is extremely good value for the price ! Housekeeping came to my room 2x a day to check on me. No pests, no bugs. The shower pressure feels like a deep massage, you have a bidet, room service, friendly receptionist! This place almost feels like a 5 star hotel lol. Warning: Remote workers? DO NOT DEPEND ON HOTEL WIFI. You need a good mobile hotspot, their WiFi connection is good but unstable. Plenty of great takeout food $5 a block away, $1 smoothies, it’s truly a small paradise. Security at nighttime guarding the front entrance. Solo woman traveler from USA approves ✔️

The gym needs more equipment

The hotel needs a swimming pool.

Good location, but very basic room with bathroom and walls that need urgent maintenance. Very loud and no sound proofing between rooms and from outside!

It’s pretty basic. It was fine clean. Staff was ok. I contacted them in advance to check about early checking, as my flight was arriving early, and I had some work meetings. They said it would be charged, which I agreed upon. But when I showed it up at the hotel, they said no.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Gym and food were terrible.

The physical condition was poor like peeling paint job. But the maids.tried their best to keep it clean

One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant.

Check in was smooth only thing is the rooms do not look like what they advertised , we stayed only one night so we didn’t quite mind , but it’s extremely small and not what’s being advertised !

check in process takes a long time. Checking out and could not provide a receipt. Showers fill up with a couple of inches of water since the drains are very slow. Housekeeping was really slow to clean the room in the middle of the week, not getting to the room until 4p or 5p. After being out all day, I just wanted to get back to the room, take a shower and relax but couldn't - looks like they prioritized new arrivals over existing check ins. Area they are in have very few good restaurants, so expect to travel away from the hotel. Biggest downside is the hotel is extremely noisy. People talking or playing music in the hallways (and outside traffic noises) made it difficult to sleep. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a lower price room to sleep, it's okay but bring ear plugs
