Me gusto el hotel es muy bonito

El hotel tiene que mejorar el la limpieza y tener unos mejores colchones para poder descansar tranquilos, en el buffet del desayuno no había mucha variedad en las comidas, casi todos los días era lo mismo y muchas cosas fritas, muy pocas cosas nutritivas. Sin embargo lo bueno es que queda cerca de la cinta costera y de la estación del metro, si mejorar en esas cosas fuera unejor hotel.

Solo que la limpieza tiene que mejorar un poco más, que los espejos no estén manchados el piso no quede empañado, pintar las paredes. Por lo demás todo esta bien.

great hotel, amazing staffs 100/100

The hotel was not bad, just for a stop and go purpose or if you just need a place to rest. The Bad: The towels were too thin for drying after a bath, and hot water takes too long to get. The shower head definitely needs changing (seems it has been there years). The television needs updating so you can watch movies with better clarity. The refrigerator is way too small and the breakfast on the 6th floor is a bit too trying. It may be better to get breakfast on the run outside. The Good: Very nice location - close to amenities and the Metro Station. Easy to come and go. Place is clean enough and rooms are cleaned daily with a change of linen/towels. Staff is friendly and receptive. Overall, I would give this hotel a 2.5 and may even push to 3 out of 5. It may be worth your while to check out other accommodations, but for the price point, its fine.

Stayed only one night. Overall hotel is good. It was clean. Location is great. Very good breakfast.

Noise from other stays

Place had old matress. In hsll wsy. . Toilets Seatscrusty. Door didn't look. We left after first night. I wanted a refund forv2nd night

Staff was friendly, but took their time to solve issues. There was air conditioning in the room, but doesn't get cold. It was just a fan. I complained because I woke up sweating. I had to wait another night before they transferred me to another room because “the rooms they had available were double.” Next day, they transferred me to another hospital room without letting me know and they moved my stuff without asking me or me being there. When I got to the hotel all my stuff was in another room. I had to let the reception know that I was missing my personal wash rag. When they took me to find it, it was mixed with their dirty sheets (the hotel doesn’t offer bath rags). Back to the room, the air conditioning was not turn on. When I turned it on, it was the same or worst than the first room. I didn’t want to argue with them because they didn’t care. I was here visiting a family member who was sick. I didn’t have the energy. On my last night, I got there late after a beach trip. When I got there all my stuff was removed from my room. When I go to the reception, she tells me that my reservation was until that date and I was supposed to leave in the morning. I made a mistake and with the dates of my reservation. No one called me or tried to get in contact with me they just took my things out. I was fed up with these people. I didn’t argue. I just left. When I got home, I new Victoria secret bra (used it twice) was gone. Parking was horrible too. I had a horrible experience.

Hotel is ok for a couple nights

We really enjoyed the room!! Definitely will book in the future! Continental breakfast was a plus!!!

The front desk staff was not very helpful and took a long time to attend guests. They were unfamiliar with the main streets around the hotel, so they were not able to assist us when we asked about nearby businesses. Additionally, I had roaches in my room and the elevator was not working. The restaurant, however, was decent for the price but not much of selection.

I didn’t have breakfast I left same day. No the ac didn’t keep the property cool on top of that they don’t have ac in the hallways it is like 40 agrees outside of the room to go to the elevator

I like that it’s close to town . Staff were friendly

Breakfast was to predictable but all in all the service and health condition of the Room and the hotel environment was excellent
