More about hotels in Panama
Choose a city or highland stay in Panama
Panama City and Boquete offer two different accommodation bases: an urban stay in the capital and a wooded mountain-valley setting in Chiriquí. Choose which destinations belong on your route before comparing individual rooms.
Panama City for the capital
Panama City hotels suit a visit focused on the capital. Keep the search within the city when urban outings or appointments lead your plans, rather than selecting an address elsewhere in the wider Panamá region.
Boquete for a valley and coffee-country base
Boquete stays bring the mountain landscapes of north-western Panama into the holiday. Bajo Boquete provides a town setting around the Caldera River, with hotels, cabins, restaurants and local businesses.
The wider district offers different surroundings. Los Naranjos is associated with coffee farms, while properties elsewhere in the valley can make the countryside a larger part of the accommodation experience.
Choose a town address when local dining and evenings out matter most, or a stay outside the centre when its own landscape leads the visit. A coffee-country location does not by itself include a farm tour. For a trip combining the capital and Boquete, choose accommodation for each stop.
