Awesome stay
A customercentric hotel...you will see how awesome the staff is from start to finish. They also upgraded our room for free...no requests needed. Room was very spacious and clean. We did not lack for anything and if you have special requests, just call and they will even bring it to your room. Only suggestion I have is to maybe make the breakfast selection more interesting. Overall, they made my hubby's birthday celebration a great one.

Colourful Hotel
This hotel has a superb location, very colourful room and very convenient too. It has lots of eateries within walking distance, a convenience store and also souvenir stalls too. However, the wifi connectivity here is a challenge and the staff are just efficient but not spectacular.

Modern Beach front hotel
Surrounding Station 2 restos, store and spa. This is a beachfront hotel. has a convenience store outside the hotel,.. Colorful lobby. If you want to use the comfort room outside, get a CR pass from your waiter.

Good location, Terrible everything else
So we stayed for 5 days in this hotel. First time I used their hotel after many station 2 hotels over the years. I must say that the hotel has superb location. The GOOD. 1. Location. Station 2. Middle of everything. A few steps from the beach. A good part of the beach actually. A few steps away from Epic. Near D'mall. Has a nearby ATM, massage, restaurant and convenience store downstairs. 2. There are 2 swimming pools if you're into that. But why use the pool if you're at the beach. 3. Breakfast was pretty okay. White and fried Rice, pasta dish, noodle dish and 4 meat choices (bacon, chicken, sausage, tuna, ham, tocino, etc) Egg station with pancakes, salad station with 1-2 desserts and fruits. Bread table with 2 types of juice. Bring sunglasses to breakfast, it's almost alfresco and bright as the sun in the morning. The BAD 1. The internet is slow and horrible. And even cellular signal inside the hotel is bad. 2. You have a beachfront but your chairs are ugly monoblocks that don't even recline. You don't even set up the umbrellas unless we deliberately ask for it. They don't have a security guard on standby for your stuff. 3. They charge you for water. Unbelievable. If they can't assure you that you can drink from the tap, they should be able to give you water and not charge a dollar for every small bottle. 4. They don't like when you have guests. They would go the extra mile of calling your room to tell you that they will charge you extra if your guest won't leave. These people absolutely know nothing about hospitality service. 5. The lobby smells like rotten wet dog the whole time. Absolutely vile and disgusting. I don't know how the people stand it. 6. The bathroom furnishing is rusted and looks like I'll get an infection from touching it. The solvent they use in cleaning the bathroom also smells bad. They don't change the sheets all of the days even if you request it. 7. The air conditioning is constantly broken. It makes a loud noise and the freon apparently leaks. 8. The elevator is dilapidated and it makes a creaking sound when moving up. Doesn't seem safe and it doesn't look like it's constantly maintained.

Average hotel, but great location
I spent 5 nights with family there. Great location in Station 2 and close to the D'Mall and good restaurants and cafes around. As the toilet and shower are separated, there is no privacy and we found it difficult to move from one to the other with everybody watching. There are some missing facilities that can improve the quality of stay and make it more convenient (beach shower, staple WiFi, dry walls instead of glass walls to avoid noises). The breakfast is below average and forced me to have it outside (I loved Cafe del Sol which is few minutes walking distance). If I travel again to Boracay, I shall consider other hotels (I found Hennan Regency Resort as a very good candidate).
