Smaller place than the fancier resorts but perfect location with really great customer service. From the front desk receptionists(Sherilyn & Lovelyn), to the pool and beach front attendants(Romar/Gab) and the breakfast crew- I am very pleased and impressed with the way they handled everything with a smile. The nightly entertainment was good as well, the singer with the band gravels for tip whenever there’s a song request to the point of even naming a price for the song- he’s pathetic. He laughs it off as a joke but visitors are not laughing. Also it’s a bit too loud for dine in and the microphone/speaker screeching noise keeps happening and not seem to be fixed all throughout the show. Fire dance show was awesome 👏

Unfortunately got given maybe the worst room in the hotel. In a wifi dead zone with constant drops and below 0.5mbps. The staff were cool and changed my room after I complained the 3rd time and requested a room change. The window attached ac in the first room was also incredibly loud, like diesel engine loud. The difference between the two rooms was night and day. However, the outside amenities were awesome. Spent heaps of time in the two pools.

4 nights and overall a very nice stay. Paid for a deluxe room and given a standard. They said it was a deluxe, but apologized at check in for the room assigned. The room was very small with no natural lighting, it was clean and comfortable just more a standard than a deluxe. The pool was an enjoyable experience with a great staff. The location is excellent with access to everything in all directions. The noise and music can be heard until late evening but Overall an enjoyable atmosphere.

This is less than a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend it. Basic needs were unmet - the first room our family was assigned had brown water leaking from the walls in the corridor and in the rooms. The next day after informing reception, the room we were assigned (which was considered an upgrade) didn’t have warm water and when reception was informed, they appeared surprised. Their response caused frustration as it was a known issue based on reviews for this hotel. Another dampener was when swimming in the infinity pool the security guard would usher us away from the edge and tell us to stop the games we were playing with the kids (which was considerate of their ‘no splashing’ signage). There is often lots of staff around welcoming you and opening doors, this is a lovely experience, however, I think more effort could be made on actually attending to other requests made by hotel guests.

Sunglasses went missing from room, water pressure was terrible , main staff wanted more money for kids at checkin, free bottles of water never given daily and had to constantly call for them to give us water, room wasnt cleaned , location is fantastic .

Room was badly in need of updating,,, smooth ceramic tile everywhere so floors and shower where a hazard,,, several floor level changes of a inch or two with no rounded top edge or bevel ( took several toe beating to get memory imbedded),, thought I lost key in pool, said there was no replacement and a 300 peso charge,,, was told they would delete lost key access since it had a room number,,, found key next day and access was never stopped,,,

We really loved this hotel. The staff were super attentive and helpful since we first step foot in the door. There is always someone there to greet and assist if needed; really made the whole experience feel luxurious. The hotel was clean and well kept, although we didn’t have a window the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has the best views and was clean. The pictures don’t do justice to how wonderful this hotel is. Also, the location is perfect, with many food, drink and shopping near by. Also, not to far of a walk to station 1 or 3 as it’s right in between. I would definitely come back.

Staff were great, everyone was attentive, caring, and polite. I would give 6 stars to the staff and service. Hotel location is fantastic, you are right by the beach, breakfast (Restaurant) area has full view of the beach and the white sands. Hotel has 2 pools and they are very nice, but the beach is much nicer. To get here from the Main Street you need to walk your luggage about 5 minutes, and the last 20-50 ft is on sand. You will usually get help from the transportation. Pros: - Location , middle of everything, right by the beach, lots of restaurants, good breakfast, week-end is buffet style. and you can order unlimited, coffee, eggs and bread - Clean: The staff does a superb job of keeping the hotel clean. They mop the floors everyday and my room was always clean with fresh water -Service: Friendliest and most helpful people in the hotel, They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I do not even remember touching the door as someone would rush to get the door for me every time - on premise restaurant with good choices & Nightly music CONS: 1- Do not expect a high end 5 star Hilton or Marriott rooms here. They are descent, clean but old . Everything is old. 2- my Shower was trickling water, zero pressure. I recommend upgrading shower heads 3- Zero view 4- Old Beds 5- Expect to see bugs, they just crawl into the room 6- AC: OLD type, very loud, and without it, you won't survive. You are really paying for the location

We had an absolutely amazing time. The facility was great, the staff was great. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star review is because of the staff member at the rooftop pool trying to solicit excursions for the next day. I was bombarded and harassed enough on the beach that the last thing I wanted was one of the hotel staff members trying to get us to buy something from him. Or at least use his card so he could get a kickback. Other than him, the staff was top notch.

Unfortunately got given maybe the worst room in the hotel. In a wifi dead zone with constant drops and below 0.5mbps. The staff were cool and changed my room after I complained the 3rd time and requested a room change. The window attached ac in the first room was also incredibly loud, like diesel engine loud. The difference between the two rooms was night and day. However, the outside amenities were awesome. Spent heaps of time in the two pools.

4 nights and overall a very nice stay. Paid for a deluxe room and given a standard. They said it was a deluxe, but apologized at check in for the room assigned. The room was very small with no natural lighting, it was clean and comfortable just more a standard than a deluxe. The pool was an enjoyable experience with a great staff. The location is excellent with access to everything in all directions. The noise and music can be heard until late evening but Overall an enjoyable atmosphere.

This is less than a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend it. Basic needs were unmet - the first room our family was assigned had brown water leaking from the walls in the corridor and in the rooms. The next day after informing reception, the room we were assigned (which was considered an upgrade) didn’t have warm water and when reception was informed, they appeared surprised. Their response caused frustration as it was a known issue based on reviews for this hotel. Another dampener was when swimming in the infinity pool the security guard would usher us away from the edge and tell us to stop the games we were playing with the kids (which was considerate of their ‘no splashing’ signage). There is often lots of staff around welcoming you and opening doors, this is a lovely experience, however, I think more effort could be made on actually attending to other requests made by hotel guests.

Sunglasses went missing from room, water pressure was terrible , main staff wanted more money for kids at checkin, free bottles of water never given daily and had to constantly call for them to give us water, room wasnt cleaned , location is fantastic .

Smaller place than the fancier resorts but perfect location with really great customer service. From the front desk receptionists(Sherilyn & Lovelyn), to the pool and beach front attendants(Romar/Gab) and the breakfast crew- I am very pleased and impressed with the way they handled everything with a smile. The nightly entertainment was good as well, the singer with the band gravels for tip whenever there’s a song request to the point of even naming a price for the song- he’s pathetic. He laughs it off as a joke but visitors are not laughing. Also it’s a bit too loud for dine in and the microphone/speaker screeching noise keeps happening and not seem to be fixed all throughout the show. Fire dance show was awesome 👏

Room was badly in need of updating,,, smooth ceramic tile everywhere so floors and shower where a hazard,,, several floor level changes of a inch or two with no rounded top edge or bevel ( took several toe beating to get memory imbedded),, thought I lost key in pool, said there was no replacement and a 300 peso charge,,, was told they would delete lost key access since it had a room number,,, found key next day and access was never stopped,,,

We really loved this hotel. The staff were super attentive and helpful since we first step foot in the door. There is always someone there to greet and assist if needed; really made the whole experience feel luxurious. The hotel was clean and well kept, although we didn’t have a window the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has the best views and was clean. The pictures don’t do justice to how wonderful this hotel is. Also, the location is perfect, with many food, drink and shopping near by. Also, not to far of a walk to station 1 or 3 as it’s right in between. I would definitely come back.
