San Juan on Siquijor is a coastal accommodation base, with meaningful differences between staying near a marine sanctuary and choosing a resort elsewhere along the shore. Keep Siquijor in the search to distinguish this municipality from the other San Juans in the Philippines.

The useful comparison is how you want to spend the day: snorkeling from a particular beach, relaxing beside a pool, or using the room between island outings. A beachfront address alone does not answer all three.

Tubod for a snorkeling-focused stay
