Toilet seat broke and toilets quite close to the wall, but other than that, service was good, breakfast was excellent and poolside area was brilliant. Thanks for having me.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options throughout my stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt welcomed and taken care of, which made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this Sheraton to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations, great dining, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall good for staying in town + walks, front of counter staff and bar staff were the best. But inconsistent service from there and not to the Sheraton standard unfortunately: - Breakfast: Eggs systems/process is a bottleneck and depended on 1 person taking 20+ egg orders and not delivering them in a timely fashion, or just forgotten about. A lot of food on offer were quite dry. - Rooms: We hired 2, only 1/2 electrical outlets worked in all rooms, one room we had was the VIP room and it was well worth the money especially with the space/lounge, outdoor bath and large deck but the sliding door needs replacing and requires your whole body to open and close it which was a shame. - Housekeeping: Always came around dinner time, seemed like not enough staff. Housekeepers were lovely but with our double queen room, they would sweep the mess outside the door so the walkway was littered with it. - Gym: was never opened in the mornings. Had to send kids to find a staff member to let us in every day. - Pool + kids: great it has 2 pools but unfortunately kids cannot really play in any of them. They should really only advertise these plunge pools instead, our kids were told off for splashing each other and playing with a ball in it. The point of having pool + kids + holiday is ...? - Carpark: we weren't told about the carpark at the back of hotel only on the last day. - Fiafia night was not great unfortunately, a lot of screaming into the mic at the audience for not participating.

The staff make this place. The building itself needs a refurbish as soon as possible. We stayed for one week and would say we are seasoned travellers - on arrival the reception area was welcoming as were the staff, that is, unfortunately the last good comment we can give. Maintenance appears to have fallen way below the 5star hotel it claims to be, broken and chipped tiles everywhere, dirty low-class lifts with a guessing game of which floor you will land as there were no numbers working on the inside, doors jams coming away from the walls, dirty/dusty floors therefore consistent dirty feet, basic pride in cleaning well below rating (wardrobe had dirty haze), shower fit for those below 5'2" tall and constant leak of water with every shower. A previous comment about 9 sun loungers still stands but now have 11 for a hotel holding approx 100 rooms. Food was good though limited choice for healthy eaters. Multiple power cuts and apps on the TV for guest services didn't work (this was across other guests too). We chose Aggies because of location and reputation of Sheraton name - location still stands but very poor representative of the Sheraton name and cynically believe this is the only reason this is a 5star hotel. Very unlikely to return.

, We encountered a number of disappointing situations which surprised us considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. 1. We arrived with our hire car and were told there was no where to park it at the front as it was full. My husband then had to park the car down the road and walk back to the hotel. In the meantime I was waiting in the foyer and observed a Chinese gentleman arrive with his car and he was promptly attended to including parking his car at the front of the hotel. It was only when taken up to our bungalow and me expressing my concerns regarding the parking to one of your employees that they told me there is an underground parking at the back we could use. I appreciated that but it would have been better if we were told this earlier. 2. Our room had no kettle, cups or spoons to make tea in our room and when we called reception to ask for it they questioned why it was not there as if we stole it? 3. Our room was cleaned but they did not leave clean towels and when we called reception it took over an hour to have towels delivered. We had to go to dinner minus our shower because we couldn't wait. 4. On many occasions when leaving the hotel we saw employees gathered at the front corner of your hotel smoking. It's not a good impression when entering the hotel. 5. Asked for bacon at breakfast but we never got it even though others did.

Run down and overpriced - requesting an early check in for even just 1 oclock when check out is at 11 forget it - you can only check in at 3 - which is really late considering most check ins are at 2 over the whole island - the restaurant is over priced - and we literally saw one of their drop off men taking a leak on the side of the car where car drop offs are - oh and if your paying premium dollar a hot shower and NOT a luke warm shower is to be expected. Out of the 5 properties we stayed at in upolo and savaii this was the worst.

Our Room toilet wasn't flushing when we checked in. After waiting about an hour, an engineer came to fix it, but it still didn't work. Nearly two hours later, we were still waiting to use a working toilet and had to walk to the main reception to use their facilities, which defeats the purpose of paying AUD $450 for the night. Every time I asked for an update or to speak with the manager, I was told the duty manager is "busy." I eventually had to request a room change, knowing the the toilet wouldn't flush all night. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication..

Friendly staff. Pool dated and needs a clean. Rooms dated and need a good clean and fixing up. Food expensive at restaurant and very average. Breakfast included was decent. Wifi works great. Overpriced for what I got. No extra resort features like free activities or welcome drink.

Lovely, helpful staff. We had a King Bungalow which was traditionally decorated with a beautiful timber ceiling. We arrived to a sweet surprise for our anniversary of chocolates and decorated bed with foliage & flowers. There was a good breakfast with plenty of variety with a view over the pool area.

We are repeat guests at the Sheraton and value its convenient location close to town and our family home. However, during this stay we experienced several service delays. Housekeeping required multiple follow‑up calls for extra towels, which arrived roughly an hour later each time, and our room was serviced late in the afternoon. We also requested an accessibility shower seat, which again took close to an hour to arrive.

The room had a damp smell to it. The basin and shower took a long time to drain. There was no outdoor furniture on the balcony. The restaurant servers seemed unhappy in their work. The outdoor tiles were dangerous and slippery. There was no atmosphere. The place is sterile feeling. The reception staff organised us a taxi which was awful, the driver had leud images of naked women on the dash.

The room we had an initially was terrible with a musty smell. We relocated to a room in the main hotel, however, this was still tired, bathroom small and outdated with shower over bath. Overpriced, will not stay here again.

Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!
