Beautiful hotel very friendly staff

I was a little disappointed with this hotel, especially given the price I paid and the fact that it was a Sheraton. The room needed some maintenance, with doors not closing properly, and there were a few details that were overlooked. For example, there was no furniture on the balcony, so nowhere to sit, no teaspoons for coffee and tea, and no soap dish in the bathroom. Housekeeping could also have been better, as used glasses were not washed or replaced during our stay. Breakfast was a little underwhelming as well. That said, the location was fantastic, with an easy walk or short taxi ride to town and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and strong, and the pool was excellent, although there were very few sun loungers. Overall, the stay was okay, but with more attention to detail this hotel could be really great.

The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced. The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff there were lovely and helpful. We only ate at the restaurant once for a meal and it was served cold , asked for it to be re heated and it still came back cold so we didn't eat there again . Overall for the price it was pretty disappointing and will stay somewhere else next time.

Milk was missing in our room for our coffee. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. Great staff and customer service.

Yes I will stay there again but next time I have to know the difference kind rooms name that you will like Ocean view, city view, garden view and classic I pick the classic one and was a little noice because it was next to the poolso if your choice also those rooms might have different price the restaurant is very tasty food on Friday they will have local show and serve local food with a cost breakfast come with your room pretty wananavu good luck till next time

Great place to stay Can’t complain and no issues I can highlight

Loved being so close to the lap pool. Staff were friendly and happy to help, our favorite was Sarafina she was one of the bar staff. Disappointed that the swim up bar wasn't in operation during our stay. Our room was very musty smelling, and our curtain was hanging off its railing. The tile floors are crazy slippery my hubby slipped over and split his head open, meaning a hospital trip (trust me that's not somewhere you want to go). Our door stopped working twice so staff had to re-program it while we were locked out. The safe in our room also malfunctioned. Food in the restaurant was beautiful. And the lap pool was really clean.

Sheraton Aggie Greys was a great location in Apia town, 40min drive from airport though. Bit confusing as the listing on Expedia leads you to believe it is near airport. Totally different place altogether, but this is a historic location. The history of this building and the story of Aggie is well worth the stay. Unfortunately they forgot to my husband's birthday surprise in our room, which made me very sad as I had arranged well before our arrival. The staff felt bad and totally made up for it. For the price you pay here more attention to the smaller details would be recommended for the management to look into. No conditioner in either bathroom in our family room, my daughter's bath didn't even work and the phone to call reception or a local callsvto areange a rental car also didn't work. It's hard to rate with so many problems. It was experience and one wecwhere very much looking forward too. Slightly dissatisfied if we are honest. The beautiful gardens, staff and pool were amazing though. Regards The Olsons

Highly recommended ~ staff were very resourceful and helpful! Rooms were cleaned everyday and buffet and drinks were amazing!

The room was spacious and clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The raw fish was my favourite dish at dinner. Definitely going back there

Wonderful staff. Gorgeous rooms. Corridors and elevators in older part of hotel could be renovated and refreshed. Pool is not open very late. Would be lovely to be able to swim after dinner.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay
